What a Pleasure

Josh was most helpful and patient with me. I ask a ton of questions. He was a breath of fresh air. It saddens me how customer service isn't very serving to the customer anymore. But this kid was raised right. Yeah, good people still exist!

Easy and helpful

Mary F got it done for me.

I've been in hospital for a few days. My order came Thursday and was brought in and refrigerated by a friend. I wanted to cancel or postpone the next order but that ability was gone from selection at that time. Mary F got it cancelled for me.

Excellent Customer Service
July 31, 2021

One of my selected meals was replaced with another because of unavailable ingredients. The replacement was one that I very much did not want. When I responded to Freshly about it, I received a response within an hour and was given a full refund for the amount as well as additional credit on my account. I was very impressed with the responsiveness and the actions taken to resolve my issue.

Customer Service with Josh

Josh made sure to take care of our needs after we had forgot to cancel an order for a week we meant to skip and it had already been processed. He made sure to promptly cancel the order and refund our money and was extremely polite and competent!

Nathan's the best!

I just remembered I will be away for my scheduled delivery, so I quickly texted to see if I could change my delivery date. Nathan quickly identified the order and suggested the optional dates I could choose from and made the change in a flash. That was easy! Thank you Nathan!
