Kiarha rocks!

I'm new to Freshly and have only had one week of meals. I wanted to replace one of the meals for next week so I got into the chatroom and spoke with Kirarha. She said she could do that for me and she brought up all the dishes for me and let me take my time about choosing a replacement for it. I chose it and she replaced it on my menu right away. I really appreciate that! She's a real asset to Freshly and they're lucky to have people like her working this night shift, since it's 3 am.!
