I did not receive my delivery. Diana S refunded my money and also changed my delivery option so this doesn't happen again. Unfortunately, I have no dinners for the week, but that's the driver's fault. I'm handicapped and searched everywhere. I don't have a front door as I'm in an apartment. Diana S was understanding and helpful.

First Problem in 7 Months

My order this week arrived missing two meals. The chatbot was quick to get me to customer service and Diana S issued a refund for the missing meals after only a few questions. Glad the Freshly team is willing to deal with issues so quickly!

Let down

I was so excited to try Freshly. The convenience and all the ads I saw for it drew me in. I tried three of the meals and had to throw them away because the taste was so bad. Very bland/ tasteless. I also missed the deadline and will get the same meals repeated next week. And when I tried to chat with someone they said it was too late to change my meals. ( 5 days before shipment). I know that was on me, I just got really busy and missed the email reminder. But I'm literally going to throw the meals away when they come. So disappointed because I was very excited to start on this new meal plan. I don't even want to try the other meals I have. Hopefully other people have better luck!
