The meals are incredibly overpriced and under sized. The beef provincial had thin, tasty strips of beef but the mashed potatoes had the texture of what I can only imagine baby food consists of and actually made me gag, leaving me with 1/3 of an actual dinner for what could have gotten me a chipotle burrito with chips, guac and a drink. Most the meals were decent but not for the price by any stretch. Also from a company standpoint, I tried to cancel my subscription before going on vacation but apparently I missed the deadline by AN HOUR so without any warning that I would receive another week's worth of meals, it shows up on my door as I'm walking out to leave for a month and I'm charged the full price. I tried to explain to customer service and they just blew me off and said I missed the deadline, no refunds.

The website and process is very user-friendly. I save time on shopping, cooking, and cleaning. It more than pays for itself with the extra time I have today. The meals are well prepared with high quality ingredients. There were no damages or issue with presentation from the shipping process. This is the first time that I have had my expectations exceeded by a company in a very long time. That is a refreshing experience. I am a happy customer!

I was really excited to try Freshly after trying other food delivery systems, it was nice to find one that was low carb and low maintenance having the food already prepared for you! Diabetes runs in my family and after the recommendation from my doctor I started a no added sugar/low carb diet. I trusted what the website said "no added sugar, low glycemic carbohydrates" so I ordered six meals. It was after I placed the ordered that I did my research, which I should've done from the beginning so that's my fault, and discovered my idea of low carb must be very different than Freshly's. I only found 2 out of all the dinner meals offered to be less than 20 carbs, and one meal even getting into the 50+ range?! As well as others being up in the 30-40 carbs. Yes most meals are in the 20-25 range but to me anything over 10-15 carbs per meal is not low carb. I will say as far as taste all the meals that I have tried so far have tasted great, I have read other reviews that say the food was not edible and that simply isn't true in my case all the meals that I have tried so far have been very good. I won't be ordering any future meals because of the high carb count on most meals and find it pretty disappointing that the website claims to be low carb which in fact in my opinion they are not.

Like seriously each meal was awesome and very flavorful. I am a pick eater when it comes to healthy choices and I'm in the process of learning to cook more healthy meals with lots of flavor. It has been 3 weeks since I started my weight lost journey and I have lost a total of 6 inches so far! Thanks to working out but more importantly what I feed my body. Freshly is used as a substitute when I'm too tired, behind on preparation and on the go meals. You just can't go wrong! If I was rich and not a recent graduate student I would most definitely invest. However, I will continue to purchase meals from Freshly.

I'm really loving your service... but I can't justify spending the same amount of money for a breakfast as I would for a dinner.
Would you consider counting two breakfast for one lunch/dinner?
Another issue is the plastic film on the container... it's not so easy to open... really quite messy. Would love if it peeled back and could be removed in one step.
Also... have had to make a choice between mutilated veggies or a warm protein. If there were more veggies... it would give more time for the meat to cook through before they turn to mush.

I am loving the flavors and seasoning. I never add salt and typically I do on packaged meals. Bravo to you on the diversity and ethnic flavors.

I'm a pretty good cook... collect cookbooks... idolize Julia Child. Because I'm single, I waste a lot of food because I cook on Sunday with intentions of eating leftovers all week. I just can't. The six meals are perfect for a single person who needs variation but wants gourmet level cuisine.

All the Freshly meals I have tried so far have been delicious, high quality, and totally satisfying! Freshly makes having a nutritious, tasty, "home cooked" meal super easy. These meals are not like any other frozen entrees you may have tried before. I highly recommend Freshly!

I must say given all the leave at the door meal options that are out there now days, I was skeptical. What got me though was that all I had to do with these meals is pop in the microwave and the food choices were not super off the wall like some other places. With my schedule I do not have time to waste on cooking a meal even if all the ingredients are provided.

I used a face book deal and got 9 meals. I picked 3 breakfast and 6 dinner options. They arrived and my first meal was breakfast. I must say EVERY meal was very tasty and the portions are huge, not what I expected! Most times I couldn't finish the entire dish.

I will certainly be ordering another round!

I have had a wonderful experience with Freshly. Recently, I have lost 20 lbs and 20 inches from changing my lifestyle to Paleo & Ketogenic. I want to keep up with this lifestyle change, but have been slacking with cooking. This program has helped me out tremendously. I have started to keep my Freshly meals at work and eat them for lunch! It keeps me from going out to eat and spending money. These meals are tasty, satisfying and overall has been a great experience. Highly recommend Freshly!

I enjoy knowing that I have a meal to look forward to. I don't use microwave, so I take Freshly out of freezer 2 hrs. Befire eating. Then I put the meat dish in an oven proof pan and cover it with aluminum foil. I put it in oven and turn oven to 350 degrees. In 15 Minutes I check temprature of meat and add the vegetables, cover again and leave for 10 minutes. When I take it out it usually reads over 165 degrees and the veggies are hot. Time to enjoy!
