I was a happy customer, the meals are tasty and fresh. I am only discontinuing my subscription as I do not agree with your forced subscription marketing strategy.
I would have happily ordered every week, but when I sign up for a promotional price and it automatically becomes a weekly subscription at a higher price - I found it tricky and deceiving marketing, which I am not pleased with. Even the regular price of about 10$ per meal is reasonable for the quality and quantity if every meal you offer.
I wanted to test different items, and then decide which ones I wanted to order next. That's the reason you do promotions too, so that you can win customers by letting them try, and let them decide to become repeat customers at your regular pricing. It shouldn't be a way to trick customers into your weekly subscription plan, horrible strategy. You should have earned me as a customer with your product quality and service, not with forced subscription plan.
I'm super lazy. Freshly's site and service makes it very easy for me to pick meals and have them shipped right to my door. All orders are ready to eat in five minutes and meal cleanup is just my silverware. Delicious, well-portioned, and healthy.

The green beans are stringy and tough. The asparagus and carrots not good. I'm not a big fan of vegies anyway but I eat them. Throwing most of yours away.

We enjoy most of the dishes we get, and having it delivered is expensive but easy. Wish the menu was larger.

I love the convenience of having these warm and filling meals for lunch at work without the hassle of meal prep during the week. The only thing i dislike is that meals are automatically ordered for me if I forget to place an order by Saturday. If I forget to order I don't like being automatically charged and given meals I didn't pick.

I'm loving Freshly. After a long day I work, I don't have to come home and figure out what to cook for dinner. I also don't buy a bunch of groceries that wind up going bad before I can use them. Love the different menu options and how it new options rotate in periodically. Everything I have had has been really good and it's super affordable. I highly recommend Freshly.

I have ordered my meals and did not receive yet, but my co-worker has shared hers with me for the last two days. Yesterday the peppercorn steak and was delicious. Today we had buffalo chicken breast with loaded cauliflower, also wonderful. The split meals with a healthy salad is perfect. I am very please with the great taste and the ease.

This meal plan is perfect for working couples who don't have time to grocery shop after work, get home, spend 45 minutes to an hour preparing a high-quality, healthy, tasty meal, and ultimately end up eating at 8:30 or 9:00 pm. The food is literally ready in a few minutes and is better tasting than what we can make if we had the time. I highly recommend trying it; the website is also very easy to navigate, edit meals, skip weeks or pause the account.

My husband and I are very health conscious and generally love to cook. Recently are schedules have been bringing us home later. Freshly is perfect for those days! The flavors and quality of ingredients is fantastic. I also like that we can conveniently skip deliveries when we want and that orders can be customized to suit our preferences.

Love the compact packaging, and the food is quite tasty. If one adds a salad or one other side dish, the meal is plenty. Without a little something extra, it's just not quite enough food.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)
Answer: Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. First and foremost, I'd like to inform you that we're a weekly subscription service, which means you'll receive meals weekly, and get charged weekly as well. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
