Every Monday six fabulous meals arrive at my home, which I enjoy throughout the week. Thanks for the great service
Love the ease of ordering. Many different options to choose from. I do skip to every other week because I think it would become boring and very expensive. I do like the fact that there has been new menu items. I have been telling all my friends that are busy with work and kids sports, that it is a great option during the week. It's healthy and not frozen which is definitely a selling point.
So far I love the meals. They taste great too
So many choices to choose from so you don't get bored with the food.

The meals smell and taste great! The flavors are fantastic. Meats are perfectly cooked. The 2-3 minutes to heat the food is very convenient. I highly recommend trying Freshly.

I was referred by a friend, and i am very impressed, having recently gone through my first 2 weeks of meals. Variety and quality are amazing for the price, and i haven't found a one yet that i didn't like. And new meal choices are always being added. The web site and app are easy to use. Big fan of freshly!

I am loving the service m. Every meal I have been able to complete. Some I love and they get instantly added. Some I like and will rotate in. Some I didn't care for it won't order again. I am thrilled that I am able to do this service. I feel healthier. I mainly take them to work for lunch.
Most of the dishes I've had are delicious. Very tasty and healthy. Company is very reliable and if there's a problem they not only correct it but make adjustments on your next purchase.

I'm in the 4th week of my Freshly Experience and happy. Not only is the quality of the food great, but the customer service is tops. I've used the Chat option on the Freshly App several times, and always ended each interaction pleased.

I have not had a bad meal and some have been really great. My only complaint is that there are very few fish or seafood options. The Mahi Mahi was great but has disapeared. The cod cakes are the only fish they have had since. I would have thought a good salmon or shrimp dish would be popular. There is one on the home page which had tempted me to sign up. Instead I am eating a lot of chicken.

I tried other similar food delivery services. So far Freshly has proven to me their customer service, quality of product and pricing is well worth the expense, especially during these hard times.
With life speeding by it's nice to have a fresh, home cooked meal that takes zero time to make (and zero time to clean up). I appreciate all that goes into your service, including the optional delivery dates, ease of the application, efforts to incorporate new meals, nutritional content, and above all else - great tasting meals! We love your service, if I had to find a critic it would be less sodium. Otherwise the meals, quality, delivery and portions are great.
Ive been using freshly since October/November of 2019 because I never could find the time to cook a meal for lunch and I kept eating the same things. Freshly has helped me with dinner and saving money.

All of the freshly food is fantastic! I do with there were more options with carbs for those who aren't as carb conscious but otherwise fresh and great selections!
Freshly has the best food ever imaginable! Seriously, get their Buffalo Chicken, it's saucey goodness. And their deliveries are always timely each and every Saturday, no issues or complaints here. Also, any time I need to chat with their customer service people, they're so friendly and do what they can to help! Just all around a great experience. TRY IT!

The majority of the meal options are very tasty. They arrive every Tuesday. The menu is changed regularly. This is a great option for people like us that want a handy, quick, delicious meal in 3 minutes or less.

Their portions are just about right for me. I've been keeping track of my likes and dislikes on the weekly meal sheet. So far there have only been a couple I didn't care for. I've had to suspend their delivery until the end of May.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!
Answer: Hi Steven, Thank you for your interest in Freshly! We are a weekly subscription service, so you would be charged for, and delivered meals on a weekly basis. However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! These changes would just need to be made prior to your weekly deadline, which is outlined in your Welcome Email, Reminder Emails, and in your Meal Planner. I hope this helps!
Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)
Answer: Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. First and foremost, I'd like to inform you that we're a weekly subscription service, which means you'll receive meals weekly, and get charged weekly as well. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
