Your meals are extremely tasty, but is there a way to offer variations -- current vs larger? Obviously, the larger ones would cost more.

Being in a wheelchair most days, cooking is a challenge. My husband and I are most thankful for this Service. The meals are wonderful! Seriously, we've grown to look forward to our weekly shipments of tasty meals. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic we were Freshly fans, but even more so now. We don't like to leave home often and this way we can have just one trip out to the store and be just fine, not having to restock our supply for meal preparation. Dinner time is a pleasure with Freshly! Thank you for working and providing for those of us who cannot. You are a God-Send and we are most appreciative.

I've loved Freshly. I've used at least 5 other delivery services. I like this one. I gave it 3 stars because
1. It does not offer dairy free and gluten free meals together, like many others do.
2. The portions could be larger
3. Low sodium options would be appreciated.

Very good food and as convenient as it gets. Has been wonderfully dependable even through our national crisis.
We've been using Freshly for about a year and love the convenience. While my husband and I don't use the subscription every month, we use it for a week or two at time when we are busy and don't have time to cook or when one of us is out of town and cooking for one is not worth the effort. With the variety of meals, we can pick items based on our individual dietary preferences. We've never had a bad experience. The meals are always fresh, nutritious, and delicious unlike a frozen dinner or a grocery store prepared meal. Freshly meals are a great option for lunch or dinner and can be paired with a side salad for restaurant style sit down meal at home.

So far I've enjoyed most of the meals. Nothing I couldn't finish some just weren't the right flavor. If anything I just wish there were more flavor options each week.
I enjoy freshly it takes the hassle out of thinking what I need to make for dinner. I don't usually have much time to cook before work and this helps me get in a healthy meal with veggies. I wish they had more meal options and a way you could edit some meals for your taste. There are a few meals I'd like to try but they have peppers and I hate peppers.

I've been receiving Freshly meals for about a year now and have been very pleased with the large selection of meals. However, the portions have always been inconsistent, leaving my family feeling hungry.

One of the only services out there that does everything for you. It's so convenient having dinner for the week all set. I've referred a few friends so the cost gets a discount. You never have to leave your home, which is great especially with how difficult it may be to go out these days. Some meals were amazing and hit the spot, others didn't quite hit the mark but it still tasted good. One of my favorite things is the app. It is so well organized and I love being able to edit/skip meals for the next several weeks and rate meals that I have received.

We've been using Freshly for months, since long before Coronavirus. The food is by far the best quality of any meal prep we've tried and it's so easy and quick and each meal always leaves us satisfied.
Their customer service is stellar, right up there with chewy.com (pet owners will understand this comparison). Our order was delayed once, only about an hour past the delivery time, and they credited back the cost of the entire order. And once, we forgot to make updates by the deadline and called about an hour later and they made the changes for us hassle free, after something that was totally our fault.
I have been with freshly for a few years now and they have helped in my busy life to allow my boys to eat fresh and healthy meals. We are always on the go and having these meals delivered each week has been a life saver. In addition the quality of the food is amazing! You wouldn't think so on some items going in the microwave but I have yet to have anything that was dry, rubbery, or lacking flavor. My only negative feed back would be wanting more weekly variety as it does get old. With kids they don't have a very large selection that they will choose from. Some of the old items, like the lasagna and spaghetti and meatballs have been gone for some time now and the kids really miss those but the buffalo chx, Turkey meatloaf, cauliflower shells and sauce are very popular with them!
We have not had one meal we didn't love. All meals are fresh and seasoned perfectly.
I've been a customer of freshly for sometime now and have sampled many items on the menu, that fit my dietary needs. The limited choice in proteins hampers what is available after a few rotations of the menu. The addition of a wider selection of seafood items and perhaps healthy takes on comfort foods, such as pot pies or raviolis, would extend the selections and variety of offerings.

Answer: Hi Marc, Thanks for your inquiry! At this time we change one meal per week, typically. We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)
Answer: Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. First and foremost, I'd like to inform you that we're a weekly subscription service, which means you'll receive meals weekly, and get charged weekly as well. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)
Answer: Hi Angela, Thank you for reaching out to us here at Freshly! We use third-party carriers for our deliveries, such as FedEx in her area! We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
