I am pretty satisfied with Freshly. The food is always good and I like that I can change my options every week. Some of the items could be portioned more equally, and there have been a few meals I've received that don't seem to be prepared fully, but otherwise I've had little issues. I would like to see more lunch-based options, perhaps a plan where you can get meals for both lunch and dinner.
I would like to see many more options that feature a portion of meat with veg on the side such as (Chicken Parm) or, also, large chunks of meat. There seems to be a preponderance of chopped up meat and veg dishes which I don't find as appealing.
Also, I would appreciate more veggies (not chopped up) in the dishes.

Food is mostly excellent: fresh, healthy if sometimes a bit bland for my taste. I really wish you'd bring back Rustic Chicken!
There is only one thing I don't like about Freshly: disposing/recycling of the ice packs. I wish we could pour the liquid gel down the drain! It is far too heavy to put in the trash. I'd prefer regular dry ice -- which can be left in the sink and just drys up and disappears.

I pretty much love every meal I've ordered. Of course some more than others, but they are delicious, healthy and perfect portioned. However, I hate peas and there is a meal or two I won't order because the main vegetable is peas. I love meat loaf I just wish there was a way to order it without peas and an alternate for a different vegetable. When will you bring back asparagus?

The first week was great! My next week was so so. By the third week, I could barely eat what I ordered. There is too much sodium in the meals, and some of them gave me indigestion which I don't normally have. I've been skipping the last three weeks, and I'm probably going to cancel my subscription because I have no taste for the meals. I'm disappointed because I love the idea of not having to shop, prep and cook dinners for one.

I'm so sorry we haven't been successful in continuously satisfy you by our meals. We use a naturally occurring ingredient such as mineral-dense sea salt to season our meals, and by average each meal contains 700 mg with options as low as 400 mg. With that said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Chefs. Mostly good. I froze several meals ( immediately upon arrival) & thawed and tried to eat them. Some were spoiled...( I ate a few bites of spoiled food.) where the wrap was SWOLLEN. I didn't understand to microwave meals frozen.
I like the simpler meals. Chicken white meat with vegetable etc. I don't care for &dark meat chicken & I don't like the shredded chicken with the vegetables & sauces.

I have been overall satisfied with freshly. I have been eating your meals for a couple years now. I don't like how policies have changed for when food does not arrive on time. I also don't like that there are mushrooms in so many dishes. I wish there was an alternative to these dishes available without mushrooms. I have been very grateful for these meals during covid and overall I am a satisfied customer
Has only been a couple of weeks but I have yet to find a meal that I didn't really enjoy. Portions are perfect for me. I am probably spending about the same as I would if I ordered takeout. I would like to see Seafood in the meal selection.

I like the food quite a bit. It is expensive, though, and I likely will not be able to continue after it becomes easier to begin shopping at the grocery store again once the current quarantine ends. I also am very disappointed in the complete lack of plant-based proteins and vegetarian meals. I also accidentally received dark chicken meat and fatty pork that I did not expect and it was very unappetizing for me. I wasn't able to eat those meals fast enough to know how much I disliked them and stop them from being delivered again so I had to push myself to eat them again and that wasn't great. Overall, the food is very good, with a couple notable exceptions.

Nice to open my fridge and have a selection of healthy meals to choose from. They are really good and just need heating for a few miutes. I am eating more veggies than ever without even realizing it!

Always comes on time, boxes are packed well with dinners and ice to keep them fresh. Dinners are concentrated on being healthy and filling meals. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I love this service. The meals are great and healthy, which keeps me away from fast food. I like that I don't have to cook too. They are always adding new meals. I like that I can skip weeks if I need/want to. Would definitely recommend!

Meals are well thought out, Main meat is always tender and sides are nicely seasoned.
I have only found a couple I did not like.

I love your bowl recipes; Complex and tasty. The quality is fantastic. I also love the ease of just heating it up.

Since we started ordering with Freshly we have been delighted by the variety of meals offered. Everything we have tried so far has been delicious and healthy. It has also saved us money on our food bill. It's hard to cook for just the two of us and not have leftovers piling up in the fridge and eventually ending up being thrown out. That means throwing money down the drain since food isn't cheap. Give it a try for yourself and see!

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)

Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
