Previously had used tons of different meal delivery services but all required me to cook. So many days I come home and just want to eat something good and satisfying that is already made for me. So tasty and yummy yet so easy
I find everything to be as advertised. The food is healthy and good. I have had a few instances where the whole chicken breast did not taste good, therefore I only order chicken that is cut or shredded. Seems to last better

Company has great customer service. Food is good and reasonably priced. Only complaint I can think of is verity. They have a good selection but some are very similar in taste and texture. Very casserole like. Not a bad thing just wish I had more to choose from. They have a lot of chicken dishes. I'd like some more pork and steak options. Still good to roll into your weekly meals. HOPE THEY EXPAND THEIR MENU SOON!

The food is good, and even though the company boasts over 80 meals to choose from, the choices become stale after a while. As such, there isn't a big variety for meals when you are specifically tracking macros.
I was looking for a way to eat a healthy dinner given that I don't like to cook for just one. I had a good breakfast and lunch routine, but my dinners were usually take out. I love that I can come home and just take dinner out of the frig. I love that the packaging is kind to the environment. It also turned out to be a blessing since the quarantine for COVID 19.

I make a list and rate each of the meals so I know what to re-order or not re-order. I probably re-order 70 to 80% of the meals. And as they add new meals, I try many of them and also like most of those. The food is good, selection is good, pricing is good and I have found customer service to be very good also. I would definitely encourage people to try Freshly. I'm glad I did and I continue to use their services weekly.
Its nice to have a different meal 4 to 6 times a week without going out to eat or buying more ingredients than you actually need. My only gripe is that I called a Freshly representative, who certainly has no right being in customer service, to complain about a meal that was overcooked. I found myself asking him several times whether or not he was still there with his delayed responses to my questions. He also told me that i would be getting $10.00 off my next order which never happened. Mind you, each meal is $12.50. So i was offered less than what the meal was worth and I couldn't even eat the whole thing. Secondly, I found a sticker on a cooked red pepper in another meal. I'm considering canceling my subscription with Freshly.

Freshly offers a wide menu and the food taste great. Excellent service and easy on line ordering. Prompt delivery and meals were really great presentation and taste great. Cost was reasonable and portion were just right.
Any of the meals that I have tried have been amazing. They are seasoned properly, instructions on cooking are perfectly accurate and the food tastes great.

We first used Freshly when remodeling our kitchen. All was required was a microwave! It made dinners so easy and they are tasty.
I have also sent them to elderly parents and college kids during finals week. So simple to grab and zap and you know they are getting a good, healthy meal that tastes good.

Loved the flavor of the buffalo chicken and mashed cauliflower. I heated up some string beans and red and orange pepper strips I had and it was a beautiful and healthy and FAST dinner. The price is terrific Slightly over 21. Dollars for the two of us per meal. No waste for clean up which is so easy. Now on to other things I like better than cooking.

I started using Freshly as a means to have a healthy meal waiting for me at the end of the day, when I was enduring a 5 hour round trip commute. Now, even working from home, I'm keeping Freshly in my life because of how well it keeps me eating. Healthy, nutritious and of course, fresh!

As a single adult, I've tried a lot of different things over the years for dinners; making a single thing and having leftovers for several days:-P, making different meals with the same/similar ingredients throughout the week, frozen dinners, and different freshly packed and shipped ingredient with meal prep instruction plans. The freshly packed and shipped plans made great food, except:
1) The "smallest" plans they had were for 2 people, 3x per week. I'm not sure who they were feeding, but for me, this ended up making about nine meals instead of six.
2) No matter how short they claimed the cook time was, I had to spend literally 30-40 minutes doing the prep (slicing, dicing, measuring, etc.) EVERY NIGHT.
3) Because they were trying to make the cook time short, basically every meal was cooked on high heat on top of the stove. This made a HUGE mess and then I'd have to spend forever cleaning up (in addition to all the time I'd already spent prepping and then the stress of the cooking itself and worrying about ruining the whole thing because of the high heat and fast cook time).
None of this was fun. I then saw a commercial for Freshly and saw that they offered single meals that were already fully prepped and just had to be refrigerated and popped in the microwave. I really thought it was too good to be true but thought it was worth a try. I was SO happy I did. The portion sizes are reasonable and the complete meals truly are as simple as microwaving something for a few minutes. No prep. No cleanup. No muss. No fuss. They have a pretty good variety of dinners and are always rotating and/or adding things so you can still get your favorites regularly but can also change things up. Definitely couldn't ask for more.

I have been eating Freshly for about 3 months. The meals are a good portion size and I don't feel like I am "dieting". The quality of ingredients and variety of meals offered is very good. They change the meals regularly.
A better option than fast food for lunch or a quick dinner.

We've been using Freshly for about 2 months now. We alternate weeks with Hello Fresh, so one week I cook and one week I nuke dinner. I love the Freshly week as it is so easy. The meals are varied, the portions are great and almost all of the meals have been delicious. Most of the meals are pretty healthy and are made with quality ingredients. The website is easy to use and lists the ingredients, calories and protein/carb/fat breakdown. It's been a Godsend during the Covid-19 outbreak, as we can minimize our trips to the grocery. Overall, we love Freshly and will continue to enjoy our healthy meals made simple. It's well worth the money.
