I am a long-time customer and I always enjoy the delicious homemade meals I receive from Freshly. The meals always arrive on time and with plenty of ice. They also freeze and reheat very well. I am very satisfied and will continue ordering from them for the foreseeable future. I highly recommend their services.
I first tried Freshly when I started working from home in a remote mountain location that took at least 25 to 30 minutes to get to a store. It seemed like a good option for a quick lunch or dinner if I didn't want to make the trip to town and nice since I lived alone and easy to waste food on cooking for one. I would say that I've tried at least a dozen meals and they all were very tasty except for one and that was more I didn't care for the spice. I now have moved closer to civilization and share a house with my boyfriend. He was hesitant to try at first as he is very skeptical on microwave meals but was very impressed (our favorite is Peppercorn Steak). While we can't afford to have every week, we enjoy getting some meals every few months. It is nice you can skip as often as you need. If you've been thinking about trying, I say go for it with 2 thumbs up.
I hate cooking, and these meals are great to take to work. I have enjoyed 99% of the meals. Thank you.

I love the meals and I love how easy it is to warm them up and eat them.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with freshly. All the meals and delicious and they offer enough variety that we don't get tired of the dishes. Everything is fresh and there are even a few options my 4 and 6 year old will split.
As a healthcare worker with schedules that change constantly, freshly was a game-changer for me.
It has never let me down. Thee food arrives on time, fresh, delicious and healthy.

Can get pretty expensive, some meals are amazing but then some arent that great. Like the steak one. Once I got it, it was a super fatty piece of meat when the other time I got it, it was a good piece of meat. So its a hit or miss most of the team. Going to be skipping out on the next few weeks to think about keeping it or not.

My wife and I have enjoyed the meals and flexibility to change weekly menus. Having work plus a small child makes meal prep difficult sometimes, and this has become a valuable service.

I'm a first time new mom and we started ordering freshly meals when my son was 4 weeks old because cooking dinner was almost impossible. The meals are so delicious and I love that they have a lot of vegetables so I know I am getting good nutrition for breastfeeding. The meals are also pretty low in calories so I have been able to loose some baby weight. Nothing but good things to say about Freshly!

We love our Freshly weekly deliveries! Great food. 3 mins to make and always delivered on time.
The meals are pretty true to the description. Tried quite a few meals, and none were bad. After the first few weeks, the consistency diminished. Even the favorite meals were only "OK". Also, often you had to plan when to eat the meals because often the "best by" date was only a day or two after delivery. Not sure if I will continue with the service.

The quality is as good as a fine restaurant, and the convenience is as easy as your microwave But very far from microwave taste. And you don't even have to go shopping, or clean the dishes!
Given as a Christmas Gift and the timing was perfect. The quality is excellent and consistent, portions are right-sized, and the selection is great. It bears repeating that the quality is excellent and consistent. Delivery is right on time, and if any questions their Chat line responds immediately. I recommend this Service.

The meals I have sampled are correct meal portions and taste very good. I started with freshly for convenience but I am still a customer because of the healthy options. Freshly is a smooth, professional company that is a pleasure to work with. The app or website work flawlessly. I once chatted representative and it was fast and efficient.

I have used Freshly for over a year now and am consistently impressed with the taste and quality of the food. It is great to have a healthy, portion controlled meal that is just 2.5 minutes away. I have not had a bad meal yet and will continue to order food from them. The menu is diverse enough to not have the same item twice for weeks.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! These changes would just need to be made prior to your weekly deadline, which is outlined in your Welcome Email, Reminder Emails, and in your Meal Planner. I hope this helps!
Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)
Answer: Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. First and foremost, I'd like to inform you that we're a weekly subscription service, which means you'll receive meals weekly, and get charged weekly as well. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
