Many meal choices which are good portions, mostly healthy, tasty without breaking the calorie bank, and interesting to buy week after week. Meals come packaged very nicely packed securely with ice. Easy to order meals, change them week to week, skip weeks, and reliable delivery. They send an email giving adequate time to skip. Been with them several months now and have the meals as much now as when I first started. Highly recommend.

I've been a Freshly customer for over a year now and truly have nothing negative to say. The options they provide are nutritious and plentiful so I feel good about what I'm putting into my body and never get bored with the meals that I order. The packaging is very well thought out as it's always packed perfectly and most of the material is recyclable. Orders are always on time and delivered right to my door. I love Freshly and the fact that I don't always have to figure out what's for dinner a few times a week!

Enjoy the food and convenience and weekly flexibility a lot. Always have been delivered in a timely fashion. Some meals I like a lot better than others but didn't take long to figure that out and the menu is pretty varied with a good number of options. Preparation and clean up is a piece of cake - very simple.

My experience with Freshly started last fall, I'm a college student living in a house by myself, and I commuted to the campus, so I didn't have a lot of time to cook meals myself, although I wanted to eat good, healthy food. I tried Freshly for the first time after seeing a discount coupon on Facebook and was so impressed that I stuck with them for the rest of the semester! I took a break after that, until the coronavirus pandemic started. I am actually immunocompromised, as I have had two brain surgeries and done chemo, so I didn't want to go out if I could avoid it. Freshly has been a lifesaver! (literally!). I've been eating with them since the pandemic began, and I am loving every minute of it! Great, high quality food, and you can make it in either a microwave or an oven!

Food was pretty damn good, nice variety of selection. I typically look for protein heavy meals and it's great for a eating clean diet. I would however recommend snacking a little along with the meals as 3 meals a day is slightly under the calories for a 190lb 24M that works out daily. But this is true with all meal prep programs, if I ate 4 of these a day I'd be slightly over so it's fine. This is the best one by far in terms of cost and quality/taste.

Most of the meals from Freshly that I've re-heated aren't particularly appetizing. Perhaps I need to add seasonings to it. Perhaps if I re-heated them on the stove instead of the microwave they would taste better. Or maybe they just lose something between preparation time and the time they are served, which judging by current transit times, is a minimum of three days. I'm just not getting a lot of flavor. That said, I do appreciate the large serving of vegetables, and I've enjoyed the steak entree several times.
