We've been a customer of Freshly for about 3-4 months now and have enjoyed the variety of dinners. Personally, I would like to see an occasional offer of more fish on the menu.
We have tried to convince some elderly neighbors to join Freshly and gave them a couple of our meals. They found the meals very good but were concerned about the percent of sodium in
The recipes. Honestly, we hadn't paid attention to sodium content. Bottomline: we are enjoying the food and so is our daughter Cindy Tringali San Mateo who has celiac disease and needs GF meals.
I love getting Freshly orders! It takes the guess work out of wondering what to eat! I take mine for lunch each day and it's always delicious and a healthier option! While the variety becomes limited the more you order, they mix it up with Seasonal Meals that are a good mix into your normal routine!

I have been so satisfied with Freshly its wonderful. The meals keep me in during the work day, and away from fast food.
They are great when i get home late from work, or any meal on the weekend.
My mouth is extremely sensative to spices. I've had to go through several trials to find things i can handle. I have been able to find 4 or 5 that i can tolerate. That works for me.

We've had 12 meals so far and we are absolutely loving all the choices. Every meal has been delicious. What's easier then having a complete meal in 3 minutes? Nothing I can think of.

Honestly great meals that ended up saving me both time and money as I live in New York City, where meals are generally more expensive and takes time for you to get them. This service is especially useful during the COVID pandemic as they have been reliable in maintaining their quality and delivery service. My only critique is that the portions are somewhat on the smaller side, especially for a bigger guy, and I usually feel hungry again after three hours.
Our meals are 12-15 ounces, averaging 13.6 ounces! They're single serving and meant to feed one person, but we do have larger plans at 9 and 12 meals per week! Of course, I'll be sure to pass along your feedback as we always seek to improve. Thank you for rating us, David!
So far it has been a good experience. However, I see that you use broccoli a lot, but I can't digest well - so I try to stay away. I would prefer some other vegetable, and when the menu includes broccoli, maybe it could be placed in a divided container. How about including more fish in the menus. Is there a way to include a bit more explanation of the food in the container cover? And finally, maybe put the sauces in a separate little container.

I have enjoyed all the meals that I have had from freshly. They are certainly fresh, healthy, and taste great. Overall, if you prefer to use the microwave they are absolutely great way to have convenient meals.
I've enjoyed most of the meals. Easy prep from frozen, though they are meant to be consumed more quickly they make healthy options for my lunch.

As a care giver for my 92 year old mother, Freshly was a solution to her not wanting to cook anymore. She is in a independent facility and got to the point where food preparation took more energy than she had. Freshly presents weekly choices that provide enough variety to keep her meals delicious and interesting.

Skeptical at first, I can not believe how good the food is! I am trying to loose weight and the portions are perfect for me. Not too little that I walk away hungry, not too big that I am consuming excess calories. I hit my lowest weight in 7 years last week! Food is delicious! I order 6 different meals each week.

My experience with Freshly has been very positive. The meals are tasty and well seasoned and easy to reheat. My husband wishes that the portions were a little more generous but other than that the meals are very good

I tried Freshly several months ago in an effort to have fresh, nutritious, low calorie food without the hassle of buying the right items at the grocery store and actually preparing a meal. I could not be happier with both the quality of the meals and the service. Freshly should be applauded for its ability to continue timely weekly delivery during a time when I am sure the number of folks using their service has increased due to COVID-19 concerns.

The prepared Easter meal was excellent! I wished I would have ordered an extra side of potatoes! Ordering and pickup was easy!
I'm loving Freshly. I originally tried some of the cook-yourself meal delivery services. The problem is, living alone, I had no desire to spend the effort cooking and eating left overs for days. With Freshly, I get something different every day. Something, healthy, tasty, and since it's pop it into the microwave its very quick and super easy! Just what a busy working professional needs.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! These changes would just need to be made prior to your weekly deadline, which is outlined in your Welcome Email, Reminder Emails, and in your Meal Planner. I hope this helps!
Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)
Answer: Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. First and foremost, I'd like to inform you that we're a weekly subscription service, which means you'll receive meals weekly, and get charged weekly as well. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
