I've been using Freshly for at least 6 months or so (I honestly can't remember when we started, at this point). My husband and I are both busy professionals, we have one kid in college and one in high school so family dinners are rarely a thing and Freshly saves me the time I would spend planning, shopping, prepping and cooking - for 2. (Not to mention it's still cheaper than the billion meal kits I tried prior to giving it a go!) The meals are consistently tasty - we have a few favorites and only a few we haven't particularly cared for - and nutritious. I appreciate that I can review the ingredients and nutritional info to aid in my selections and that if we don't get around to using meals, we can throw them in the freezer for later. Here in April 2020, I've been especially glad to have a decent stock in the freezer while stuck in quarantine and both working from home. On busy days when cooking still feels like too much - it's Freshly to the rescue.

I have been getting Freshly for over a year now and it just gets better and better. The food is delicious and there is a huge menu to choose from, including vegetarian and seasonal options. Each item has a nutritional content list so if you have dietary restrictions, this will assist you with your selections. I am diabetic so I try to keep my carb count to a minimum, which is easy to do because they offer rice, potato, and pasta alternatives. You can skip weeks easily if you want to without a hassle. Lastly, I love Freshly's earth-friendly packaging; everything is recyclable! I am so happy that I found a meal delivery service that provides fresh food and is a good steward of the environment.

I was skeptical at first with this service as I have tried the others where you get the ingredients to cook a meal delivered and I always had spoilage because I couldn't cook every night. My husband had started eating fast food because he always arrived home from work first and didn't want to cook or wait for me to come home and cook and things were getting out of hand. Then I ordered from Freshly and our weekly dinner life changed. Now we have good, tasty food at our fingertips for dinner and I notice even when my husband is having fast food withdrawals he will still heat up a Freshly dinner before going somewhere else for dinner and that is a good thing, healthier. I have lost 6 pounds since starting Freshly 16 weeks or so ago and I haven't done anything different than swap 3 dinners a week for a Freshly meal. The kitchen stays clean and fights about who's cooking dinner have ended. I love this tasty meal delivery service.

I've tried over 5 meal delivery services. Freshly is by far the best for the following reasons:
1. Mobile experience.
2. Taste
3. Healthy ingredients
4. Customer service
5. Food variety
6. Flexibility in pausing orders
7. EASE. Just place in the microwave and you're set. NO PREP.

I'm 17 orders in so far and am not planning to stop anytime soon.

The service is great... period!...
Not to sound entitled too much... I am paying ALOT of money for the service and everything has been perfect! BUT, mabye, just mabye, if y'all could give some help putting the previously used boxes to throw away... as my medical condition makes doing this very VERY DIFFICULT! I'm sorry... but there's gotta be a way to get this done as boxes are stacking up!... Any ideas? I'll work with ya... as I've said I'm NOT an entitled disabled person... any ideas or help would be of a huge help...

We've been with Freshly for over a year. Prior to this, we had subscribed to a service which sent us ingredients for meals; even though we did like learning about new foods and cooking together, my husband and I didn't always like the time involved in the preparation. With Freshly, we get the meals already made and ready to heat and eat within 4 minutes. And the food is delish--the chicken breasts are cooked to perfection every time, and the veggies used are a complement to the meals. Pasta dishes rule. Steak peppercorn is a favorite too. We've been impressed with the selection and the convenience.
