This is a good quick quick meals. I'm only in week 2 and enjoy about 75% of the meals so far. I think to note is the meals don't look at all like the pictures but that is reasonable since it is a microwavable meal.
I love Freshly. Every meal I've had has been delicious. It blows my mind how quickly my meals cook and how great the food tastes.

I love Freshly - it is so reliable, the meals are fresh and healthy, and they taste great! Not to mention they only take 3 minutes to prepare. If you ever have a problem with your order, customer service goes above and beyond to solve the problem. You can easily chat with them in the app and they're always friendly and available! The meals are a little expensive, but when you think about the quality ingredients and not needing to shop for as many groceries or spend time cooking delicious meals, I believe it is worth it.

As a commuter living in the suburbs of Los Angeles, I rarely have time -- or the energy -- to cook a good dinner at night after fighting traffic. Freshly came in clutch, as I knew I had a meal waiting for me when I got home. And not only that, but they're delicious and ready to eat within three minutes. The ever-changing menu keeps fresh options available, but I have my selected few meals that I enjoy and include in every order.

I am so impressed with Freshly. The site, the app, the service is all top notch. The food is amazing for being microwave meals. I really like almost all of the meals but the ones that I don't like are terrible. I also wish there was more selection.

I have really enjoyed the pre-cooked meal convenience, but I find the same flavors / ingredients in almost every meal. Just thrown together different to call the dish somerhing different. It's getting boring and the quality does not seem as good as when I first started the subscription. The meats have very poor texture but I keep trying new entrees because I really love the convenience, but am considering skipping Freshley all-together.

I signed up with Freshly as my schedule made it difficult to carve out time to cook a proper meal at night, and supermarket frozen dinners were always so bland. With a rotating list of meals and a few core favorites on their menu, I get well portioned and high quality meals that feel homemade. The one time there was a minor issue with a meal I was reached out to by the head QA representative within an hour and the issue was resolved beyond my satisfaction. I recommend the service to friends, coworkers and family all the time as a way to replace or supplement their cooking schedule.

My husband and I receive 6 Freshly meals per week, so 3 nights each week I do not have to spend time thinking about what to make for dinner, making it, and cleaning up afterwards. I also can rest comfortably knowing I've eaten a healthy, calorie conscious meal.

Very disappointing. I purchased 6 meals and cancelled my account before I could get through them all. I was hoping to find a quick but fresh and healthy "grab a meal" option but these are underwhelming in flavor and ironically poor in freshness. I couldn't even finish the second one. The broccoli for example appeared to be frozen, not fresh, and the chicken certainly had the flavor and texture of processed meat not fresh. I'd rate frozen dinners much better. Package presentation is not very appetizing either (see photo). Finally, they use #5 plastic containers which are not recyclable. Sorry Freshly, I'm out.

Freshly has been a lifesaver for us. As a work from home mom, something had to give. Trying to balance everything became too difficult. I decided to order Freshly because the meals only needed to be heated up, they were made with real ingredients, and they were healthy. We've had it for 15 weeks so far, and it's been amazing! It makes my life so much easier and the food is delicious. I love how much easier it has made my life. So glad I found Freshly!
Freshly has been a huge time saver. I work long hours and it's nice to not have to cook and clean up each night. The only negative I have is regarding the packaging & portion sizes. We order between 6 and 9 meals each week. There are two of us and we usually get 2 of each meal we order so we are eating the same thing. It never fails, one of the meals is a nice hearty portion and the other is a very small puny meal that doesn't even compare. They definitely need to work on consistency with their packaging. For the most part, we've only had one or two meals that we didn't care for and for the price, the convenience can't be beat.

My job is exhausting. It's wonderful to come home to Freshly for a nutritious, filling, and delicious meal that I don't have to think about preparing. Freshly is helping me control my weight too. Now I reach for Freshly instead of cookies, ice cream, and other junk foods. And there are so many options I'm never get tired of the menu. Hats off to the Chefs!

There are great food options. I wish they would rotate the food more. There are a lot of chicken options, but not enough beef or fish options. There are many dished that I enjoyed in 2019 and haven't been brought back yet. The mahi mahi dishes were delicious, as well as the rustic sliced beef and potatoes, and the low country broil..

I order Freshly to have on hand when I do not have time to meal prep. Then I have a healthy option and do not need to stress. Everything I ordered has been delicious. Since I have celiac, the fact everything is gluten free means I get to pick from every meal. My co-workers even comment on the quality of the meals, saying they look and smell better than what they make themselves. Great work, great product, great food.

I have been using Freshly over the past month and it has been particularly helpful at this time. I have tried a lot of the entrees, and it has probably taken me about three weeks to begin to identify some of my favorites. Some of the meals have been a bit hit or miss, but only through trying different options have I been able to figure out my likes and dislikes and also just given myself a lot of food variety while stuck at home.
Freshly has been great for my husband and I. We can eat healthy, at our convenience. Everything we have had has been delicious.

We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)
Answer: Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. First and foremost, I'd like to inform you that we're a weekly subscription service, which means you'll receive meals weekly, and get charged weekly as well. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
