All of the meals I've had from freshly have been delicious. I enjoy trying all of the meals they have to offer! They have a wonderful selection of meals and they all taste amazing with very little prep on my end! It's a great program and has helped me through this quarantine.

The first box finally came. It was very heavy and hard for me to get it in the house.
I opened the box and unpacked the dinners. They were packed with insulation and two large frozen blocks.
I tried my first dinner that night.
I was underwhelmed. My opinion wasn't changed by the remaining dinners.
I feel that they are too spicy and used too much garlic. Maybe if the dinners looked better they would have been more inviting.

Great Meals, Feel Good

I love your meals and find that I feel better when eating them. My skin has even improved. I would love to see more shrimp/fish options, although I know these can be more expensive to source. I'm also a Freshly Plus member, and I love that option. For me, paying a one-time fee, then lower costs week-to-week is ideal, and really makes the price/meal worth it. Thanks for providing such a great service!

Overall it's been okay. Arrives in good condition. Not easy to recycle all the shipping materials.
Meals have been good except for the last batch which was very watery for almost all the meals. Decided to give it another try.

Food was salty and not very good. We tried 6 meals and then had a hell of a time getting the to stop service. They do not answer their phone, chat worked after we got past the robot. I had no intention of signing up for repeated weeks, just wanted to try it out, and feel that they were deceptive in their instructions/information.

The food thus far has just been ok. Flavor is a little bland and portions are a little smaller than I would like. Delivery is always on time and packaging is great. Website works very well.

Excellent Customer Service

I got an email sharing that meals were scheduled to be delivered next week and got nervous because I thought I canceled! I went to the Freshly chat and the agent was able to cancel my order and process a refund ASAP. Lovely customer service rep who was friendly and fast.
