August gave great customer service

Very quick response time. Able to cancel my order that was going to the wrong address and update the delivery to my new address. All at 12 am when people should be sleeping lol.

You need to push

I contacted support about an incorrect meal I received, which I have to do periodically. The support person originally apologized and offered me $5, which is not the value of the meal, once I pointed this out and the fact that I will not be eating the meal sent due to the fact that I do not like it the person then offered $11.50 credit, which I should have originally been offered.
