Regine is great!

Slow

It took a long time to find someone from Freshly to text with. As new members we have received two shipments of regular meals and one shipment of Keto meals. We are missing some deserts that where ordered. With meals stacking and the Holidays next week all we needed to do was delay orders for the next two weeks

Good Customer Service

I talked with Charm about cancelling my deliveries, she very helpfull. While the food was good it didn't do anything for my hunger. Some were better than others.

We've been using Freshly for over a year and love their healthy and fast meal options. Having something easy to pull out of the fridge and warm up is a lifesaver on busy nights, especially when I can trust it to taste good and not be bad for my body or waist line.

Also, their customer service is fast and friendly. Pheter helped me out via chat this week with the first meal mixup we've had (after MONTHS, so still a great track record). Easy as pie to get things straightened out.

Prescious was SUPER helpful when I made a stupid mistake while buying an e-gift card for a friend. She quickly and easily fixed the problem and stayed in the chat with me until we were sure that the issue was resolved. Great experience!

Omid was terrific. Answered every one of my questions. It would be nice if you came out with an email to remind you to change the meals. First time around I will have the same 6 again but that works. I will try something new next time.

Customer Service Rocks

I had forgotten to skip the upcoming week's delivery and was charged (it hadn't shipped yet). I used the "Live Chat" feature on the website. I spoke with Prescious and she was able to quickly cancel the delivery and credited my credit card. Freshly's customer service is great and she was very helpful!

I am very new to Freshly, and in my second week had questions. I used the site to message a customer service representative. I believe her name was Asassi. She not only answered my questions, but stayed with me and set up a change in my ordering. She asked several times if there was anything else she could do. I have been very happy with the food and look forward to training my husband to a new and healthier way of eating. We are using the Freshly dinners as replacements for fast food. I had forgotten to change my meals for the upcoming week, and I was super bummed bc there was oddly one I didn't care for much and was bummed I was gonna be stuck with again the following order. I thought I'd give it a shot to see if in the small window, I could have the order changed. I did a chat in the app and so glad I did. Regine assisted me in swapping those meals out just in time and with ease. Was very helpful and it was so easy no push back for me making a boo boo.
