Csy M. The Freshly customer service representative could not have been any better. I could not eat 7 of the 12 meals I received as they were completely inedible even with my trying to add things to make them edible. Horrible. Some what I imagine dog food would taste like. Based on satisfied customer reviews I guess the person preparing my areas meals in Manhattan NEEDS TO BE FIRED. I was hoping having meals delivered would greatly reduce my frequenting grocery store. I was really disappointed until my mother told me about 5 day meals from Nutrisystem at Walmart.com. I'm on my 3rd day and lost 3.6 lbs I put on from pandemic. So, a silver lining. Hope everyone has better luck with their "chef" preparing their meals. Healthy New Year.

I've been wanting to try Freshly for some time now and finally decided to give it a try during one of their special offers. I'm not much of a cook and haven't been great about eating healthy. This service has helped with all of that. There are a lot of different options to choose from and I have been able to try out dishes I normally would not have if I would of had to cook them. Some of the healthier options I was a little skeptical on how they would taste, but they were very delicious.
The app is really easy to use and the company sends you plenty of notifications & reminders on when your order will arrive. I unfortunately did have an issue this week with the shipment not getting delivered, but both times when I talked to customer service, rep Precious on the first contact and then Pheter on the 2nd, they were very friendly & helpful and were able to give me a credit for that week's meals. I've been very pleased so far with their service and it has helped me on my journey of eating healthier.
Our customers' satisfaction is one of our topmost priorities, so knowing that you've been pleased with our meals and service so far, absolutely knocked our socks off! While we're bummed to hear that there's a bump in the road with your recent delivery, it's a sigh of relief knowing Precious and Pheter were there to the rescue! I had some one lie to me about how great this service was and claimed they offered way more than advertised. The guy said they double up your meals and sent them fresh each day. Turned out that non of that was true. The guy lied to me to get me to sign up so he could get a discount for referring someone.
This of course was not freshly's fault. Yet they took the issue as if it was and did every thing they could to fix the issue. I talked to their customer service. I said i was sorry and i knew it wasnt their fault. But i requested a refund and to send back the meals. For safety reasons they could not take back the meals. But they gave me a full refund and told me to keep the meals to try them out and gave me a 10$ discount if i wanted to try them again in the future. I was broke and was scared that my monthly budget was at risk. They did an amazing job. When i get back to work im going to give them a proper try and subscribe just off the way they handled it.

I have received two orders from Freshly. Both arrived on time and were cold (even after sitting on my porch for 5 hrs!). The meat quality was excellent and they were all very tasty. My only issue was the portion size. I'm sure it would be adequate for most of you though! Also due to a financial change I felt I needed to cut back somewhere. I talked to Agassi online. He was kind and very professional. He answered all my questions and was really quite helpful. If all Freshly personnel are as qualified as Agassi, the company is in good hands!

We average 13.6 oz total - Sides are 3 to 4 oz each with the main protein 4 to 5.5 oz, depending on the meal. Of course, since our menu is customer-driven, we'll make sure to share your thoughts with the rest of the team!
Please stop sending me food and billing me I no longer want your product I have tried to un subscribe Multiple times including having to pay $37 to stop being built which is ridiculous. Overpriced I am not enjoying the food and do not want my account deducted any longer stop my subscription please

While we're a weekly subscription service, you actually have 100% full control of your subscription by skipping weeks as needed when you don't want to receive any deliveries, or even cancel your subscription at any time should you not wish to continue with your membership! We will either remove an item and replace with something new, update the recipe on a current item or just add an item without removing one. As we continue to grow we will have plans to offer even more variety as well!

However, you can select to skip weeks, or cancel your subscription at anytime! Answer: Our meals are prepared and shipped out from our kitchen in Phoenix.:-) For Arizona deliveries we use FedEx.
Answer: The delivery window they give us is between 9am and 9pm. We package the meals to be safe for 2 days transit time, plus safe to sit outside for up to 12 hours upon delivery.:-)
Answer: Hi Nancy! We do not cook meals based on other programs' guidelines at this time. We're not overly concerned with calorie counts, but more concerned with where calories come from. Our meals are generally high protein, high healthy fat, low carb, low sugar. We use unprocessed ingredients free from hormones or added sugars, and never use chemical preservatives. Here are the steps to follow while signing up: 1 - Add your email address and zip code in the sign-up box on our homepage. ( www.Freshly.com) 2 - Pick your meal plan. Just keep in mind that our meals have a shelf life of about 5 days unless frozen. 3 - Pick your delivery day from the available dates! The specific day of the week will be your weekly delivery day unless changed. 4 - Select your delicious meals from our 30+ selections. 5 - Add your contact info, payment details, and delivery address.

You can certainly reheat our meals in a conventional oven, however, our current meal containers are not safe for the oven or stove-top, so you'll have to transfer your food to heat it up. First, preheat your oven to 350° F. Transfer your food to an oven-safe dish (don't forget to scrape the sauce out of the tray!) and cover the top in tin foil. Heat for 25-35 minutes, remove foil, and let sit 3-5 minutes, then transfer to your choice of plate or bowl and enjoy! (Keep in mind, heating times are approximate. You'll want to reheat the meal to an inner temperature of 165° F.)

We can deliver Tuesday-Saturday in Southern Illinois--deliveries can occur between 8am-9pm depending on the carriers route for the day. While carrier delays are out of the norm, weather-related issues, road closures, driver confusion, etc. can wreak havoc. We have a dedicated delivery team that works directly with our carriers to ensure successful deliveries, and we're always sure to compensate when delays arise. We certainly hope this helps! Answer: I've been getting mine in on time, but I assume as with all packages going through USPS, UPS, and FedEx right now, things have been backed up since COVID and only getting worse. So it's not Freshly's fault even if they aren't delivered on time.
