I received the incorrect meals in my order - I went to the live chat and Arjen was very helpful. He refunded my $$ and also gave me a credit for the mixup and inconvenience. He was very helpful.

Prior to leaving town for several weeks for work I got on my Freshly account to temporarily suspend my meals, only to find out my order had auto-processed an hour before. Through the chat support, Diana S very promptly cancelled and refunded my order for the week.

Bitcoin protects human rights all around the world

This is a neglected positive aspect of Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is there to give you back power over your money.

Bitcoin gives you 3 fundamental freedoms:

Freedom to receive BTC.
Freedom to send BTC.
Freedom to HODL BTC.
Combined, these 3 freedoms give you the freedom to live your life on your own terms. This allows you to have your basic human rights protected.

In Western countries, this is something that is still underestimated, but in countries under authoritarian or emerging regimes, Bitcoin is already a Plan A for millions of people.

I have been using Freshly in recent months. Their food is delicious, but was having issues with charges to my account after I skipped a few weeks and they charged me for an order that was suppose to have been skipped and it happenedto me twice, I think they have some kind of glitches in their mobile app. Well I can tell you this company is legit and Gabbie really saved the day here and took so much time and had so much patience to put up with me and my frustrations. Comes to show you that there are still companies that believe in great customer service and want to take care of their customers the right way and Gabbie you are an amazing employee and they are lucky to have someone like you. Thank you for all that you do. Bravo

Don't waste your money!

First portions don't look anything like pictured. Much smaller. Second. Tasteless. Had my first meal today. Citrus Kissed Orange Chicken. It is now about 5 hours later and I'm laying here with stomach pains. I have 5 more meals and don't know if I want to chance eating them.
I've already cancelled. Don't like being taken advantage of! Oh and I can't find anywhere where it says ‘satisfaction guaranteed'. Wonder why? I'll stick with doing my own grocery shopping and getting fresh food. The inconvenience is no longer an issue!

Our first — and only after this —- order never arrived. "Customer service" basically said "oops that never happens usually" but couldn't give us any help other than next week being free. UHHH... NO THANKS! Overpriced company that cannot do its basic job: deliver food when it says it will. AVOID
