Do not order from French Crown. I ordered two suits and it took over two months for them to finally arrive. When I opened the package, the colors were completely different than the pictures on the website, and the sizing was way off.
I reached out to customer service to return the items, but they flat-out refused to give me a refund. The customer service team acts superficially nice, but they are entirely unhelpful and intentionally make the return process as difficult as possible. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
I ordered a Double Breasted Jacket and received an email from French Crown stating: That they could not ship my order because, 'We regret to inform you that both of these items are currently unavailable, as they did not pass our quality check and were rejected. I therefore asked for a refund, and French Crown would not refund the money. Some time latter they decided to ship the Jacket anyway. Well the description in their email was correct because the material was of such poor quality, the tailoring was shockingly bad, and the method of packaging and dispatch was appalling. How you could ever get a jacket for a large person into such a tiny packaging box is beyond comprehension. The Jacket was so bad that you would not wear it or even give it away to a charity shop, because even they would reject it. After endless emails over the past month trying to deal with them, and pointing out that they are breaking UK Law, under the Sale and Supply of Goods Act, they continue to refuse to refund my money. Their customer service don't even read your emails and only respond with a response that fails to address the problems. I also don't want an alternative jacket because I have already seen how bad their material and workmanship is. I also don't want a credit on an account wallet, because I would never purchase another product from them. I warn you not to risk purchasing from this company because French Crown's Customer Service and their products are of such poor quality it isn't worth the risk of parting with your money. I wish I could say something nice. But I can't. Don't deal with this company as you are wasting your time and money. Because they won't refund your money and they ship products out knowing that they don't meet acceptable levels of quality and workmanship. (I can't see how to add pictures because I would have liked to have posted them)
I bought and it arrived in about 1 month. It was packed into a box smaller than a shoebox, so the suit was badly wrinkled. The description said 'wool' but the material appeared to be cotton - I wanted wool because it stays neater. On one sleeve the 4 cuff buttons were crooked. So I wasn't satisfied with the material nor the workmanship.
French Crown is NOT TRUE to their return policy. After 3 emails trying to return the suit for refund, they won't approve my returning the suit for refund.
French Crown has poor quality and awful customer service. Very disreputable. Please avoid them.

Ordered a custom tux, delivered early September - jacket smaller than specified custom measurements I provided. They recalled it and Nearly Two months later sent back identical garment with ZERO changes ie exactly the same wrong measurements!
I placed an order for a blazer on 11/8. Within 24 hours, I contacted the company to either:
-Add the item to a larger promotional order, or
-Cancel the order entirely
The situation became concerning due to inconsistent and delayed communication:
-I was initially told the item had already been manufactured and could not be changed
-Later, I was told the item had not yet been manufactured when I asked about returns
My cancellation requests (sent on 11/11 and 11/14) were not acknowledged in a timely manner
-Responses consistently took 1–2 days
-I was not provided any shipping or tracking information
Despite clearly requesting cancellation before fulfillment, the item was still shipped.
In the final communication, instead of addressing the cancellation, the company attempted to upsell alternative offers.
I also attempted to resolve the issue through my bank after trying to work with the company directly, but was ultimately left without a resolution.
The product itself may be high quality, but the lack of clear communication and failure to handle a straightforward cancellation makes this a difficult company to recommend.
This experience did not align with the company's stated goal of providing a 'hassle-free' shopping experience.
Terrible Experience! Worst Customer Service ever! Received a completely damaged tuxedo blazer that cannot be worn. The merchant refuses to send me a label to send this back for refund. After 10 emails back and forth they refuse to send me a label for a problem that is not my fault! They want me to pay to ship it overseas at my expense….don't waste your money or time with this company!
Never, ever, ever buy from French Crown. They are a sub-par clothing company. They sent suit that didn't fit and when I asked for refund they delayed me until I couldn't get refund from my credit card company. And to top it off they sent letter making fun of me.

Ordered products on 27/12/22, received on 09/01/23 - a long wait, but I knew they were coming from overseas. When the order finally arrived I was shocked by the appallingly bad quality of all the items. The suit was all creased up, terrible quality material and a very bad fit. The company's website boasts a "no questions asked return policy" with "free returns within 60 days" and that all one has to do is contact them via online form, email or Whatsapp and request a return, and after receipt of goods a refund will be processed within 48 hours. Well, let me assure you, there is no evidence whatsoever that the company abides by its returns policy. I submitted a request to return for a full refund on the day I received the order (09/01/23) and to date this request has been ignored, despite numerous attempts on my part via email and Whatsapp to elicit a response. I then went ahead and returned the order on 14/01/23 and I have confirmation of receipt of the goods at their UK warehouse on 18/01/23. I have since had no confirmation of receipt of the return, nor that the full refund will be made. To make matters even worse, I have received an invoice from Fedex for import charges, amounting to about one third of the total order. At NO POINT during the ordering process is the buyer made aware that extra charges will be imposed; the statement is simply made that all orders over 49 USD benefit from free shipping, this applying to all destinations worldwide. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS VERY MISLEADING STATEMENT. Please do not make the same mistake as me and please avoid any temptation to to place an order with this company. TAKE NOTE of the message posted by Trustpilot regarding the number of fake reviews for this company that have been removed - further evidence that it cannot be trusted. I have submitted a claim via Paypal for a full refund, as I have had no evidence that an acceptable solution will result from communication with the company.
Ref. Order with #************** I had purchased a Jeans pant 34 size with above Ref. The size was not suitable and it was exchanged. The exchange size 32 was no different from 32 and hence i asked for returning the money. I was informed that the once exchanged the product can not be exchanged. All the communications were exchanged in Sept and Oct. 2022.
I had agreed for the policy and i had chosen 02 products and both the times the product chosen by me was not available (size). For the last 4 months i am struggling to exchange the product. I am not able to exchange the product nor money. The sizes are unscientific and horrible. Except for the packing and pen nothing is good Now i am forced to go to the Consumer court and will send you the notice from my lawyer shortly.
The fit is perfect for me. I like the look of the jeans. The material is very durable as well. Will buy again. First pair worked out so well that I got a second pair.
Fits perfectly (5'10" 180lbs, medium) and I have gotten many complements on it. People are shocked that it's french crown. Fit true to size.They are good quality and look good. Definitely recommended.
A good quality fine fabric. There is some stretch at the waist and the Classic Cut is better for me than the modern slim above ankle pant that are great fitting.I'm wearing a pair now. Very comfortable with a good fit.
The color on this really pops and fits like expected. This shirt looks a lot more expensive than it really is which is outstanding. My only concern is how it might hold up to washing, may be more advisable to dry clean.
Fit perfectly! First dress shirt I bought that I didnt have to alter. Throw it in the dry with a fabric softener for a few minutes and your good to go. Well made product with modern styling!

Excellent shirt, excellent material that does not show through, the perfect size, I am a size M, that same size I ordered and I look excellent. The only drawback is that the sleeves come good but not bad. In short, I'm going to buy again.
I bought 3 of these shirts and really like them. Haven't washed them yet and hope they don't shrink as they are perfect right now. When I bought them they were a really good value.

I've ordered 5 shirts, 1 tshirt, 2 blazer my order was around 65K in which they gave me 10% discount which is the best thing for me even the quality of the products is premium as they as rather delivery is too quick thanks french crown for this amazing experience ever, guys just slide the all negative reviews and try it once highly recommended
Was a bit skeptical at first because of material and sizing variation but, after receiving this shirt and tried it on it fit great. The feel and quality of the fabric was nice. Very cool fabric. I did have to measure myself to ensure perfect fit prior to ordering. I would definitely recommend this shirt.
Very nice & fashionable shirt - navy blue with red accent. Bought the navy blue one too. Fits perfect. Cool shirt. Love it. Very nice quality. It's exactly how i expected it to be, but recommend to all.
