French Crown

So i have ordered 3 suits worth 25k from from FC on October 24 for my sister engagement, received the product on nov 5, so there were sizing issue due to which i decided to exchange and returned all 3, they were picked up on nov 9, so i requested them to send it on urgent basis before 24 November for the event for which i bought, they told me they will send it asap, after messaging and calling them regularly they did not send it, so i wore normal formal for the event, but that was also fine, then i asked them when they are gonna send, they keep on telling lies and lies( sir manufacturing mai hai, production mai hai, quality checking mai hai etc). I wanted to abuse them but i decided not to and learnt my lesson. Today on December 14 i received my suits, but now they are of no use to me. Such a pathetic after sales service. Wasted my hard earned money. Be safe, don't buy. They don't even gave suit bag, 3 suits stuffed in a box. Picture attached.

French Crown is a total disappointment. Their products are shoddily made with terrible craftsmanship, and the fittings are way off. I spent 15,000 INR and have received no response for a refund, even though I returned the items over 15 days ago. Avoid them at all costs.

The quality of the goods are average and not as good as other brands. Also noticed not good customer service provided by the back end team./

The shirt material is of a very flimsy kind and does not stand up to washing. Worse than that is the sizing: I ordered 4 of the XXL sizes and the measurements are so much smaller than their chart indicates.

I ordered a Large shirt from this company, but was sent a Small. I did not notice the size was wrong as I did not think they would make such a dumb mistake--I only checked to make sure it was the right design. I need this shirt for a wedding coming up in 2 weeks, and now that I've realized the error, the company has said "We have a 60-day return/exchange policy period. If there is any problem with the order you have to inform us in this period."

Even though it was entirely their mistake, they are unwilling to help out their customer. What aj oke!

I'll be clear, when I saw so many negative reviews I was apprehensive about ordering from French Crown but I went ahead hoping for the best. I just got my order and WOW these are well tailored (hand made) head turning jackets! I'm not sure why others had so many issues but my jackets and suit (4 items) all were gorgeous! I made a second order already! They all came with high quality zipper clothing bags that fold in half and with a handle perfect for easy travel. (The travel from India will necessitate getting them pressed btw) So to anyone reading my experience was fabulous and I am now a loyal French Crown customer. I also found their customer service to be excellent and I had one minor issue where button holes were too small making it difficult to button and they said "no problem we'll send you a replacement no need to send the other back" wow try that at Macys! Finally you have to understand for $75-200 per item you're not getting $2,000 bespoke tailoring DUH but the quality is very good and they're hand made! For my money (about $700) I got 9 items including 3 suits! Try finding a $77 well made hand tailored suit that looks fabulous…. Nope. Have faith and talk to them they respond quickly (remember they're in India) Thanks to Pete and John at French Crown and the whole family there for making it possible to greatly expand my wardrobe with amazing styles for such an affordable price!

4 time i have exchanged my product at thr end i am tired so i accepted even the wrong product i ordered half sleeves t shirt what i received was full sleeves and quality is like a cheap market stuff. So stop considering French crown a brand it is a local chari market product

Poor craftsmanship and poor customer service! That should sum it up! Stay away! I have a few of the correspondence (copies upon request) between customer service. You'll be the judge!

Fabric and stitching is of great quality. Fit true to size as mentioned in size chart. Deliver internationally.

I bought shirt from them and then I don't like it. I ask them to return it. Nobody respond.
Very bad

Purchased three shirts paying huge money hoping for good quality but ended up with bad poor quality.

I bought two shirts from French Crown in March 2023 and till date I am unable to use their product. Out of two shirts, one white shirt was having dirt which I had to replace thrice and all the time received damaged or defective product. Other shirt which was replaced has shrunk after the first wash and not able to use any of them till date.

Now they are asking additional INR300 to replace the damaged product sent by the manufacturer.

I spent almost 3k for two shirts which was wastage of my money as I am not able to use the product for past three months for the merchant sending damaged product or poor quality.

Shirt looked great, but was very stiff. After washing gentle/cold water, shirt shrank so much I could not wear it. Sleeves were 2" too short and body of shirt was too tight. Since it was washed I could not return it, so I'm passing it on to goodwill. Suggest buying one or two sizes larger that you regular size. Disappointed, as the shirt looked pretty nice.

Ordered items on Apr 20th, delivery date was Apr 27th. Items did not deliver until May 10th. Until then I travelled overseas.

Now they are not processing refund. Tried approaching Mr ILLESH GHEVVARIYA, he abused me over the phone.

Absolutely non professional founders and ruthless people.

Please don't waste your hard earned money on these frauds..

This was once a favorite site to shop but no more. Thier customer service has become shameful at best.

Ordered 2 shirts, took 1 month before I got a shipping tracking number. Followed tracking information. The shipper gave wrong address to shipping company. My items were delivered to wrong address. Customer Service insisted I got the items. I asked for delivery confirmation, which showed wrong address. 2 months and still no refund. I disputed the charge with Paypal, customer service kept contacting me to let them try again. I told them that after now 3 months of waiting for 2 shirts that I would NEVER give them my business. Paypay refunded me my money. Stay far away from this company. I do not know if the clothing is adequate, but they definitely wanted to keep my money and not give me any product.

This store is awful! I placed an order over 10 days ago for two waistcoats. None us shipped & they won't refund! I placed two orders and one of them was a mistake. I have been trying to contact them for two weeks with no luck! Save yourself the trouble and stay away. Also, heads up, they even ask for a tip on your checkout!

I bought 4 shirts and two pants. Shirts are good in fitting cant say about how long they survive after having worst experience of service.
Pants are like my Grandpaa style and I totally dont know the tailor still exist in this world who make such pants. So, I decided to return, now here the fraud starts.
Got my parcel on 30 April and returned request generated on 31 April. Today is 15 April and after two emails and phone calls I am still waiting for return.
So, I explored their website to review but there is no options one can review and the reviews they posted are all fake. Even the names of customer care executives are also like Veronica and Robert which makes them seem an international company.

Please keep away from such companies and dont buy directly from their websites, go instead on amazon or something who return your products on time and gave you your money back.
