FreezeCrowd is a social networking site for universities. It's easy to use and a good alternative to what's currently out there--it's more personal so you're not interacting with hundreds of people but just more closely and privately with your friends or people you meet. The interface is easy to use and very clean and I love the lack of ads and games--there's less to distract, and you don't have people sending you annoying game requests all the time. Unlike a lot of social networking sites its very nice because it doesn't have a ton of extra stuff but lets you really focus on communicating and interacting with friends on a more personal level to "break the ice."

This is a great website for college students! I was able to find a new friend from my college within a few minutes of registering! As college campuses are very large, it is a great way to stay connected with old friends, and make new ones. It is a clean and simple website which makes it easy to use. It is a great way to spend your time meeting new people with the same interests as you. Freezecrowd.com not only makes connecting with college classmates easy, but fun too!

Great idea and should be appreciated. Site is very simple and user friendly. Color selections are so good. Its simple and attractive. Very cool. It will be a grate place to communicate with my friends. As a developer I am requesting to improve the site even more. Then it will be perfect. For examples information shown by the menu bar when we keep the mouse near to that is hidden also it will be nice if the footer is placed in the bottom rather than keeping a gap. These are only simple suggestions which will make the site even more beautiful. Really happy to be in thin new network :)

FreezeCrowd is an interesting new direction for social media sites, and it is quite a wonderful idea. Not only is it easy to use, responsive, and not too heavy on the ads, but it makes social networking a breeze! I especially likes the way that messages were handled, and the ease of signing up your previous schools for a search.

The next awesome thing that I noticed was scrolling interests bar, which allows you to easily pick and choose things that we share in common with other users of FreezeCrowd. This feature allows me to network with people that share my interests quickly and easily, and it adds some personality to my profile too!

Speaking of profiles, I believe that profile pages are where FreezeCrowd shines the most. It is set up in an engaging, user-friendly way that enables you to show visitors to your profile exactly what you are into, your latest frozen thoughts (which are basically tweets, or status updates for the facebook users out there!), and more.

I would recommend FreezeCrowd to anyone who is sick and tired of all the same social media tools being used around the world, and who want a fresh take on the idea of online interaction.

FreezeCrowd is a unique social networking site for college students, alumni, faculty, and staff that allows you to connect and communicate with friends in group photos. At this time FreezeCrowd is only available to college students, alumni, faculty, and staff on the site.At this time FreezeCrowd currently accept school email addresses at most colleges and universities in the United States and Canada making this a much more exclusive site than other social networks. Clean, safe and easy to use.

At first I was sceptical about joining another social networking site, however FreezeCrowd its different from all the other sites I've used in the past. In my time using the site, I have found FreezeCrowd to be a great way to connect with university friends and also meet new people who attend my university. It has a nifty feature on the home page which allows me to view all the students who attend my university and are signed up to FreezeCrowd.
As I am approaching graduation, I am sure this will allow me to stay in touch with my university friends as we all move on to new things.

A ‘COOL' TWIST ON SOCIAL NETWORKING
We're all familiar with broad-scale social networking sites like Facebook, who primarily connect you with people you already know. When using social networking sites, you upload hundreds of photos and tag your friends (hopefully not the photos of them funneling 3 beers). But, there's always someone in your photo who you're not connected to, but maybe would like to be.
This is where FreezeCrowd comes into the picture. FreezeCrowd acts as an interactive college yearbook, where you can upload pictures, tag your friends, and then add comments in the form of speech bubbles to each picture. For example, I added a picture from my freshman year of a football game. I tagged my friends (one of who I haven't seen in 3 years, the other whom I haven't talked to in nearly 6 months) and we were able to share a few laughs about how Donovan McNabb high fived all of us that day while visiting the stadium. Pretty awesome right?
Additionally, FreezeCrowd categorizes your interests and helps introduce you to new friends based on those interests. In essence, FreezeCrowd is Facebook + LinkedIn, with a dash of Instagram. Check it out.

This site is such a great way to connect with friends. It allows me to connect with the people that I already know on a whole different level. Through the use of group photos, you can interact with people within those photos with speech bubbles and find connections that you didn't even know you had. As a college student, I've found that this a great tool for connecting and sharing with friends and staying in touch with friends who have already graduated! Awesome site!
