Wow! Freezecrowd.com sure is addictive. It's a great way to connect with friends whom you've gone to school with and provides an excellent platform for meeting new people. I also like it as a way to network with others and learn about new job opportunities in my field. Not to mention, sharing my pictures is really fun! It's better than other social media platforms, since I know I can trust FreezeCrowd with my private information and I know that only those who have gone to my college are able to view my profile. That gives me a really nice peace of mind.
I enjoyed roaming the website. The sign up process is very easy and quick. Freezecrowd is a nice way to keep in touch with school/college friends and colleagues. It is definitely a more formal alternative to Facebook.

The website is actually really cool - some of the best features are the scheduled status post, you can schedule a post for every time you finish a lecture for your friends to come hangout. The privacy settings are also great, with a lot of personal details available it's good to see really in-depth security.

I just joined FreezeCrowd.com, a new social site for college students. Before I even finished setting up my profile, I already had three people in my network. I think FreezeCrowd. Com is going to be THE place for college students to meet, mingle and collaborate. There are several different categories of interests and activities that you can add to your profile in order to be matched with suggested friends, from what school you attend to what kind of hobbies you enjoy. What a great way to meet new people in your area that go to your same school and share the same interests. Looks like it's going to be a LOT of fun.
This website is pretty awesome, and I hope it gets more attention in the social networking world within the next few years! This site seems to be great for connecting with friends and may be the social network of the next generation!
I wish this had been around years ago, it's a really good way of connecting with other Uni students who you might otherwise not meet on campus.
FreezeCrowd is a great networking site for college students that I definitely recommend. The site is very user-friendly, and it's very easy to navigate through. The privacy settings are straightforward and easy to change which is certainly a plus. The site is clean, and I especially like how there isn't any spam or advertisements popping up all over the place. The site is still growing, but it has excellent potential. It's a great place to keep up with just your college friends!
+ It was very easy to upload a new picture to my profile.
+ I really liked how you could choose what interests to include. Most websites expect you to fill in all of their fields (i. E. Favorite Sports Teams), when most of the time, I don't care to enter more than a few of these things.
+ "Select Astrological Sign" under About Me! That's a great addition. They also have "blood type" and "number of siblings."
+ More than anything, I LOVED that they ask you what your goals are. I always want to know where people are going - not just where they are.
+ It looks really easy to transfer your status onto Facebook and Twitter.
- I wasn't sure why it wanted me to put in an address.
- When you update your work info, it only lets you add one job. You then have to update the page and scroll back down if you want to add any past employment. It would be much better if we had a button that would allow us to add more than one job while we are editing our work information.
- I updated my profile, but I didn't really get what to do next. Perhaps it's because there isn't a large user base, but I didn't know how or where to find others to connect with.
All in all, I think the interface is really pretty and I like the icecubes and pervasive theme of freezing. It has the potential to be a really great site once it gets a larger user base and more activity.
The website is very clean and easy to use. I like the layout and I really like the ice theme! I feel like this will be a good website for networking and keeping up with your friends while you are at college and maybe even after.
