I've used freewallet for several months. When I tried to withdraw my funds they froze my account. I've provided verification information to them and they still refuse to unlock my funds. Many others seem to have similar issues.

The security measures that Freewallet has make it almost inaccessible, in my opinion. I have more than enough of all the opportunities that Freewallet gives me. This concerns the exchange in the first place, because its presence in order saves me time so that I do not spend it on searching and checking third-party services. Freewallet has its own mobile app, and it seems to me that it is even more convenient than a desktop wallet. It does the same thing, only smaller and faster

Got no issues here. This wallet from Freewallet works fine and is stable, the transactions are really fast.

One of the best things that Freewallet can give you is account compatibility and the ability to use my coins even from your smartphone. But even despite this, Freewallet is a well-proven wallet that is not scary to deal with. Looking at what they write about other services and how people constantly lose coins, I'm even glad that I chose this particular wallet, because this hasn't happened to me, although I've been using it for a long time.

This is a reliable wallet, whose reliability for me is unambiguous and undeniable, if only because I was convinced of this over many months of use. I don't care what others say because nothing can replace my own experience. All my good impressions of the wallet are the merit of its reliability. There was no such transaction that I could not complete as expected. All my transfers have been successful in one way or another, even if at first something could go wrong. I have no complaints about the fees of this wallet. These are reasonable amounts for the excellent service that Freewallet has been giving me all this time.

I was really amazed when finaly installed this app. I never believed it could have such a simple UI and cool backgrounds. By backgrounds I mean that it has several of them. Awesome! The transactions are also fast and I really enjoy using the wallet.

I want to say only good things about this wallet. It is endowed with a variety of features that save me time when working with crypto, it is quite well protected and at the same time it is able to work without failures and malfunctions. I am completely satisfied with Freewallet, it has been doing its job for months, leaving no doubt about it. That this is the right choice.

For a novice crypto coin holder like me, Freewallet is a great fit. The point is not even that it can be used, including from a mobile phone, which, as for me, is many times more convenient, but in the general clarity of how everything works here. It wasn't difficult for me to understand all the possibilities of the wallet, customize it for myself and start using it for my own pleasure. It's not like I'm part of doing financial transactions with it, but when it comes down to it, I'll be ready for it.

At first, the wallet worked mediocre and slowed down, which didn't look very pleasant, but over time it began to get better. Maybe the developers quickly corrected the shortcomings, or there was a problem on my side. Excluding this I like the rest of the wallet. I do transactions infrequently, but consistently, and at the same time I know that I can rely on it. It is a pity that the first impression spoiled the effect.

Quite a good wallet for hodling your crypto safely. A fingerprint login makes me feel so. No issues or troubles so far. Love it.

It was a good experience, because literally since I received my first ETH, I've been using this wallet. I like that you can use your account from both the desktop app and mobile. The wallet interface looks nice and clean, without distracting attention from unnecessary things, because they simply do not exist. It seems to me that it was a good choice and I still believe that Freewallet is one of the best

Warning! Freewallet has frozen my XLM and SOL, Support reacts without helpful answers. My SOL are lost their, Answer from Freewallet:

"Dear Erik, please pay attention to the in-app notifications. At the moment, all services on XLM and SOL wallet are temporarily unavailable. As soon as there is news, you'll be contacted via email."

Update - Regarding the answer: You are offering both wallets and are not showing on the wallet page that it is deactivated. I can't read 100+ news every time I am charging my wallet when I want to coins to Freewallet, you are advertising with an easy multi-currency-wallet. And now you are just taking my money, saying it is deactivated (while the adresses exist and the money is still on those adresses!) so I can't do anything?
No transparency, no way to get the money back apparently. Be warned.

Once I have already become a victim of scammers and therefore approached the choice of a wallet extremely thoroughly. My choice fell on Freewallet for the most secure wallet, while having an excellent support team, which is important in critical cases. The wallet pleased me both when working with small amounts of cryptocurrencies and with more impressive ones. For six months I was very pleased with the service and I hope that we will continue this fruitful cooperation in the future.

Can honestly call it the best wallet for storing your crypto. Fast and secure, quite reliable. Recommend!

I have no big complaints about the wallet and by and large, the experience of using it was positive. However. Some of its aspects, such as small delays in transactions, can sometimes be frustrating. This doesn't mean that this happens all the time, but even rare delays can have a negative impact. With all this, I cannot but praise the excellent protection of Freewallet, which really inspires a sense of security and confidence in the safety of your money

I lost all my money.
I only deposited once and never sent anything. All my money was stolen as one day my account went to $0. I have spent years talking to freewallet and sending them the txhash, pictures with their Attention sign, signatures and ID's etc...
Every time I think I have got it straightened out it starts over with them wanting more of the same information.
They say my money is safe, it is safe in there account and that is where it will stay.

Once upon a time I didn't trust this wallet, including looking at negative reviews, but nevertheless, circumstances developed in such a way that I had to acquire a portable wallet for my smartphone and Freewallet was in my sight at that moment. And you know what, but nothing bad happened. I still use both a mobile wallet and a desktop one. Freewallet turns out to be a really great wallet

It's easier for me to try once and then conclude. I can say that I liked everything while I was studying this wallet. It didn't create problems or difficulties for me, it worked especially quickly and stably. For me personally these qualities mean a lot because cryptos have now become a valuable resource, so I wouldn't want to have problems working with them.
