I was directed to freeshipping.com from making a purchase on eyeslipsface.com with the offer to get a $10 rebate. On the page I was directed to there was no mention of a trial or membership but I realize now in fine print on the next page is where it mentions the 7 day free trial and the 12.97 member ship free, which is fine, totally my fault. The thing is, regardless of the membership free I never received my $10 rebate. So why would I want to be a member when I never got the original gift that was awarded to me!
Please for your sake... do NOT sign up for this service. It is completely a scam. It says that you have 7 days to cancel - I have tried to cancel online & through phone - They state they can't find my account (which I am giving them the Member ID# they sent me in an email) and that I'll have to call back another day - but don't worry i'm in a 7 day trial period. Even worse, it's a scam because the site isn't working. I can't even place in the rebate. Third when I was on the phone with the agent she placed me on mute instead of passing me to a supervisor and then, hung up on me after 15 minutes. I will be contact the Attorney General, BBB, MY CC Company, posting on Facebook and will hire a lawyer if that's what it takes.
Hi, I would be more than happy to assist you with this. If you called to cancel within a few minutes of signing up you may not have been in the system yet which is why they couldn’t find your account. Please contact me to resolve all of these issues at [email protected] or call me at 860.358.9198 x237 and I would be more than happy to help!
Thanks!
I cancelled this service in 2014 and my charge card is still being charged to this day in May. I had to cancel my credit card to finally have them stop charging. It doesn't matter how many times you call them to get the problem fixed. I have complained the Attorney Generals Office here in Rochester, NY

After reading about this site, I just wanted to say to all the disappointed "Members" that EBATES really IS for real, doesn't 'charge' ANY fee, and you DO get rebates in the mail a couple times a year! Ebates is Awesome... Freeshipping.com, makes me nervous i started to sign up, but their fees scare me. OH, and if you DO decide to sign up for Ebates.com tell 'em *******@me.com sent you!
While I was on Klohls.com's website purchasing a coffee pot only, "this steel your bank information, your mailing address company, "freeshiping.com" did this very thing to me without any knowledge of this happening until their charge of $12.97 showed up on my banking account some 4-5 days later. I have close that account, & was force to open a new account to be able to feel safe with my finances thanks this dirtbag company, CROOKS is all I know to call them. Kohls.com was suppose to contract me today regarding this matter, allowing me to better explain this scary situation. Kohls sent me an email 30 minutes after I canceled my Kohls account of many years last night, 5-6-2015. They refunded the Fedx shipping charges plus about an extra dollar & stated they hope this resolved the matter. Kohls did not call me today as I requested & I gave them all the information I had on the dritbag company. KOHLS CHARGE ACCOUNT HOLDERS BE WARE!
Hi – we apologize for the confusion. When you sign up for FreeShipping.com you must fill out the enrollment form, including your credit card information, where the monthly charge is listed. Prior to submitting the registration form you must select that you agree to the terms and conditions. Shortly after signing up you will also receive a welcome email. This email will give you details of the program’s trial as well as any membership fees that will be charged. If you do not cancel your membership within your trial period than your account will be billed the monthly membership fee.
You may call me at 860.358.9198 x237 and I would be more than happy to help you with this.
Thanks and have a great day!

I have had a membership with this company for a couple of years now and I can say this program has only gotten better since I joined. Basically, I pay a monthly fee of $12.95. This allows me to receive up to a $10 reimbursement for each completed transaction placed through Freeshipping.com as long as the vendor I shop with is a member of the program. This is true up to a maximum of $500 per year. Additionally, every quarter, I receive 10% cash back via a check. It also comes with a reimbursement on return shipments and Price Protection. I hope this helps because I am so glad that I joined!
Simply don't care that they are screwing you over. I called like 3-4 times and talked to them about how I could start earning cash-back and freeshipping rebates and they told by the end of the month. So I waited and at the beginning of the new month I went crazy and bought like a gazillion stuff from different merchants, couple of days later I see that they are all declined. I call them and they say they simply made a mistake it was not this month, it will be next month. OHH WHATTT? And there in nothing in the world that they can do about it?! And let me tell you this was their supervisor... I just closed my account with them and will start looking for a company that cares... because sometimes its not about money but about honesty and the way they handle situations like this...
I think most people are complaining because they forgot to cancel before the trial ends. I did the free trial and here's what I got: $9.97 refund check for my first shipping purchase. A $10 Walmart giftcard as promised (for joining). And another small rebate check for $1.47. The only downside is it took nearly two months to see everything in the mail. It is a legitimate sight, you just have to justify if you spend this much on shipping to offset the monthly fee. Hope this helps!
I ordered a swing set from Walmart in December 2014 for my granddaughters and just noticed (because I hardly ever use this account) that my card has been charged $12.97 every month starting in December 2014. I would like my money back please. I am not aware of this company and have not used services with you. I called the phone number and was told maybe I could have $12 back. Come on. What a rip off. Do the right thing here. You have taken $64.85 from me between Dec 2014 and April 2015.

They billed me twice after I contacted them to refund the money. I have never ordered anything online in the prior 2 months since they started deducting money from my account. I do not know how they got hold of my credit card account. I have been fighting with them for 3 months and they refuse to refund the full amount they owe me. This is a big scam.

I went through the tedious process to get 15$ off shipping at Shari's Berries. First of all they make canceling confusing. Second, they take 3 MONTHS to send you the check so if you don't cancel before you receive your check you're screwed. (Cancel right away, you will forget.) THEN when I finally got my check they only sent me 10$. I emailed them and the guy said oh you must not have clicked the special box. We'll send you the extra 5$ though. Wtf? This company is so sketchy. I wonder how much money they have screwed people out of because by the time they send you the check a lot of people probably don't remember how much it was supposed to be for. Use this company to get free shipping free when you can, but be very very careful.
Hi Jenna,
I do apologize for the issues you had with the rebate process and would like to look further into your experience regarding both the processing time and the check amount.
I also would like to let you know that the introductory offer is guaranteed regardless of your membership status. Members may cancel at any time and still receive their rebate check.
Please contact me at [email protected] ATTN: Alice and I will be happy to ensure you received the correct rebate amount and hopefully offer an explanation to the added processing time you experienced.
Thank you

I wrote one of the most cutting reviews of freeshipping.com on this website, but promised to come back and correct it if I received a check and my credit card was not charged. I cancelled 5 days after joining, and my Discover card was NOT charged! (I checked.) But the great thing is, today in my mailbox was a check from freeshipping.com for $30.00 - the original $20.00 to sign up (for buying a $17 hair dryer at Walmart) and a $10.00 shipping rebate from Amazon.com. (Now I wish I'd submitted the eBay shipping, too!:-))
I have to say, THEY ARE HONEST. My explanation of how they *could* scam us (because of the delay between canceling the membership and getting a check) was not the way they actually *do* it. My rebates were obviously processed and checks mailed after I had cancelled the membership and they had not charged me anything.
For anyone who averages more than $12.95 on online shipping normally (when you do not belong to a free-shipping club), this is a good deal and you will save. For anyone at all, you can get a trial membership, really get the $20 for signing up, and get your shipping back for a week - eventually You just have to remember to cancel your membership before the week is over to avoid being charged. You will not get your checks quickly, but you will get them.
I don't know how they manage to do it, but the fact is that they do. I have a $30 check in my purse to prove it.
Blessings!
Shirley
I want to cancel my account # *******. Thank you.
I did not see anywhere on their website that they charge a monthly fee. I was surprised to see almost $13 charged to my account for something I used once to save $5 or $6 bucks on shipping. I never would have enrolled. I thought providing my card information was to receive rebates on shipping.
Hi Jennifer, When you registered for a trial memership, to the right of where you entered your credit card information were the full terms of the offer, including the monthly charge that would be incurred if you did not cancel at the end of the trial, Again, in the welcome email it stated the $12.97 monthly charge.
If you contact me at [email protected] ATT: Alice, I will be happy to refund the charge for you.
So I was mentioned this website in my e. L. f confirmation email for my order. I knew this website was too good to be true so I read almost everything on the site even the terms and conditions and did not see any indication of a charge for this website. Well long story short I realized there was $12 (with change) missing from my bank account, I got notified it was this website and I called them up and they gave me my money back.
Piece of advice to freeshipping.com: There's no point adding a "clearly unwritten catch" if you're going to refund the money anyway. You're probably not even making any money. Just end this silly business of yours.
Hi Jennifer,
Sorry for any confusion. When you first registered, to the right of where you entered your credit card numbers, was the offer outline that said if you do not cancel by the end of the trial period you would be charged a monthly fee of $12.97. Additionally, you would have also seen this in outlined in the Welcome Email that was sent to you.
Please contact customerservice@ freeshipping.com: ATT: Alice. I wil be sure you are cancelled and refund that charge for you.
Thank you

Don't use it, it is a scam! They will be charging you for $12/mo and you will have to wait more to get your rewards. Like in my case I have to wait 2 months and pay them $25 to get my $10
Hi Diges, You can cancel your Freeshipping.com membership at any time and all claims that you have submitted and sent in the backup documentation before you cancel will be paid out. The processing time is 3-6 weeks but you do not have to be an active member at the time they are processed.
Please contact me at [email protected] ATT: Alice. I will be sure your account is cancelled and refund you back the last charge.
Thank you
Alice
As I was sending flowers to mom and grandmother for Valentine's Day, I was offered free shipping by signing up for a freeshipping membership - and giving my credit card information. It was explained I would get my rebates after I signed up. I sent the orders in 2 weeks ago, and was billed for shipping, and still have not received a rebate. I wrote three unanswered e-mails to three different "freeshipping.com" addresses over the last week asking how and when I would get my rebates. I have heard nothing. My free membership becomes a paid membership on March 1. I will be cancelling my membership, and I hope I won't be scammed out of any more money.
Hi James, I apologize if your emails went unanswered. If you send an email to [email protected] ATT: Alice, it will get to me personally to answer. Processing of the rebates takes 3-6 weeks, so as long as you have sent in the required order confirmation you will still be paid the rebate even if you cancel at the end of your trial period.
Thank you,
Alice

Worst service ever. Signed me up for "free" shipping for one package that I needed, but little did I know that I was not just eligible for free shipping for this one package, I had to now pay a monthly rate for absolutely nothing! What a deal!
Never sign up for this company. Never associate with them or do business with them. Stay away!
Hi Kyle, I apologize that you did it was not clear that what you were registering for was an ongoing membership to Freeshipping.com. The premium offer would have covered up to $10 of the shipping cost for the purchase you made, and if you had continue with Freeshipping.com the yearly benefits can total up to $3,000.
Please contact [email protected], ATT: Alice and I will be sure you are refunded.
Thank you

Answer: Their advertising is a little sneaky I give you that. But that's your fault, just like out on the city streets, a fool and their money is soon parted.
Answer: Hi Christina, unfortunately I can't locate your account using the information here. Can you please reach out to me directly at [email protected]?
Answer: What's so dishonest about it? I am a regular subscriber and can easily recover my subscription fee many times over.
Answer: I did, but only after threatening to report them to the Attorney General in my state. They rely on the fact that few people will make a fuss.
Answer: You have to buy items from a website…anything from eBay to BATH & BODY WORKS, OVERSTOCK…many others. Go to "freeshipping.com" then delete the site from which you plan to buy-it will direct you to that site. (I always take screenshots of final receipts to add to my freeshipping.com submission), Afterwards you need to enter the purchase date-total cost and shipping cost…then a code is given. I have timed myself-the submission takes 35 secs if you are fluid on the computer. Have been a member for over 5 years and saved hundred$$! Trustworthy site-w/discounts as well as freeshipping (up to $10/order). $500 max shipping refunds per year…no limit on 10-20% off discounts!
Answer: Hello, Any cash back you earn as a member is yours to keep even if you choose to cancel. Thanks!
