My ID recently got expired and I was unable to update and verify my account, I was given a soft reminder and grace period (more than a month) but I was preoccupied with personal commitments. Once I was able to get to it Danette guide me and linked me with other departments and chased them to ensure I got swift response from them. Eventually they verified my profile, and I informed Danette, and as soon as she got online and messaged me if im still interested in PFP. As soon as I responded, she reviewed my profile and onboarded me for the Preferred Freelancer Program, and within 5 minutes I am a Preferred Freelancer and got the badge and skills to prove it, all thanks to Danette :)

The Jess said he will escalate my complain to relevant team high up. As he couldn't resolve it. I am waiting for the team to contact me back. My problem is that my sponsored bids are not ranking up on top. It even goes down rather then of up. Have bid 5 times and it didn't work.
