I do not like that many frames are no longer available since the merger. However, those that are, are still great quality! Customer service is top notch!

I ordered 10 1/2 x 11 1/2 which was corrected to 10x11 (not the size I needed) rather than 10.5 x 11.5

I could not determine what the quality and thickness of the plexiglass would be so I called AND emailed the company to ask how thick the plastic was. I was told the plastic is.288" thick both over the phone and via email so I proceeded to order a large number of oversized frames. When I received the frames I was disappointed to find the plastic within them was less than a millimeter thick and several of the sheets were scratched. I was very upset and contacted the company to find out why they had told me the plastic was thicker. The person who responded said that there are two types of plastic available: styrene which is thin and acrylic which is thicker. The website where I ordered the frames only offered one choice but they have another site which allows for an "upgrade." Their customer service reps told me the thickness for the upgraded plastic - despite the fact that I specifically asked how thick the styrene would be. This is very poor service. I had to pay over $100 to ship the frames back in order to get a refund and I lost another $30 for charges to ship those oversized frames to my home. I am extremely disappointed. They should make it clear that the plastic they offer is extremely thin and brittle.

I always upload a picture of whatever I'm framing and then build a custom frame around it. Colors come out as expected. Easy process. Great prices.

The frames were easy to order and quick to receive. They were also well packaged.

No problem ordering. There should be more information on what comes with, or not, the square frames. Otherwise a good site.

I am a former picture framer who doesn't have the framing equipment any more. Frame USA allows me to do what I can and provides me with a quality frame that I can glaze, mat, fit and hang. Frame U.S.A. is quick and reasonably priced. It's perfect for my needs.

Disappointed as frame arrived with broken glass. Will cost more to return than it is worth.

The company is always very helpful and accommodating. Choices could be better for silver frames…dirty silver works.

Delivery time & costs may seem too long, but packaging is well done secure for a glass frame
