Shopping at the website was easy and quick. The frame I ordered (16x13.5) came assembled and included plexiglass. I didn't expect that! Nice surprise.

I ordered this frame as a test frame so I could decide if I thought it was worth it to order more. The frame is pretty good quality. I got a 16x20 frame. It is an extremely light weight frame and the detail is nice. It comes with cardboard flex tabs already installed on the back. But little pieces of the wood keep peeling off on the edges and since basswood is extremely soft it is very hard to keep from denting. There was some weird striped wood variation on only one of the corners of my frame that I don't really like since I was planning on staining it. And I think it took around 11 days from the day I ordered the frame for it to be delivered. In the end I decided to order different frames from another company since I needed them as soon as possible.

Andrew in customer service over the telephone has been of great assistance. He clearly explained how to get the proper frame and mat. This was a custom order, so I needed some assistance.

Nice frame. Mat was poorly cut with one corner bent inward and a fuzzy edge on most of the bevel. Packaging was awful.

Easy to buy. Package of 6 frames arrived on time. Wish there was less packaging, but understand it is hard to protect otherwise.

I placed an order and then later that evening I realized I needed a smaller size. The following morning I called and explained my situation. The young man on the phone was so helpful and kind. He fixed my order within 5 minutes.

Amazing, it was an absolute delight to order from you all.

Always use this company love their services but the more recently received frame had a couple irregularities on the plastic insert/glass substitute. Nothing crazy, easily fixed with a pair of scissors, but irritating nonetheless.
