I purchased a product and felt it did not smell right and put it down to Covid. However a recent visit out into London, where I saw a display bottle. I used it and it was as per my memory of the scent and not I have bought from This company. I have tried to get into dialogue with them but they are not being cooperative. I will be approaching the brand direct as I strongly believe that the contents of my bottle is not genuine.

I ordered Dolce Gabbana Light Blue Eau De Toilette on May 21st. Received the product on May 24th. Compared with my bottle from Sephora and it is a dead on match (packaging, bottle, product, scent). Would recommend.

I was very disappointed when I opened the box.
I had ordered perfume Alessandro Della Torre, and they delivered me fake perfume which did'nt have packaging. They made fool out of me. This is not genuine website. It's not trustworthy website and should be closed

I purchased twice form Fragrancenet.com. Other than their fast shipping. Their customer service sucks and the prices are overdriven. Let's say Jo Malone for a 3.4oz/100ml perfume, at Jo Malone
And on high end websites like Bloomingdale's, Saks 5th ave, Nordstrom, Macy's its $145. On Fragrancenet.com it's $291.99 regular price and $218.99 special sale price like mom's day. This is only one example. I can bring proof of a list of colognes overpriced at Fragrancenet.com.

I will never order again! Order took for ever to arrive still today haven't received…and was on hold over 1.5 hours still never talked with a customer service rep! Than tired chat it never could hook me up with a agent not busy! So basically they have my money and no product for me! Terrible way to run a business!

I am writing to inform you about the HORRIBLE experience I had with fragrance.net on my first purchase. Order # *******. I got an email at 7 pm yesterday night that my package was delivered at 2 48 pm. I was home the whole day and checked multiple times and the package was NEVER delivered. I called FEDEX - they said call seller we won't help. I emailed twice, called on phone and was kept on hold for over an hour and tried to chat with NO response all day today. I live on a culdesac and not once in last 5 years I have lived there has a package been stolen. They should be ashamed of urself cheating customers like this. I needed the package as a class gift for my kids teacher for Friday! You have left me humiliated and and furious! Never again!

So I have ordered from FragranceNet many times before in the past without issue. I placed an order and realized immediately afterwards that there was a typo in my delivery address. Instead of apartment 6106 it was being shipped to 6101. I have emailed and called and emailed and called and no answer. What should have been an easy quick fix since I caught it right away is now a full blown issue of just trying to get a hold of someone. I finally received an email back. Saying they can't cancel the order and that I can return the order once it's received. What a JOKE! How can I return something when it's going to the wrong address. So now I have to wait for this to be delivered to the wrong address and despute the charge with my bank.

I called them in the past because fraud was on my account and they were very rude needless to say I never ordered nothing from them again.

They use FedEx number one (the absolute Worst carrier who takes the term "snail mail" to a whole new level). I ordered something on the 15th and it's now the 27th and the last shipping update was the 22nd. Still no package. I'll never buy from them again. I get stuff shipped faster by private Mercari individuals. It's like, do you Want people to buy from you or nah? Fragrancenet is a JOKE.

I'm so disappointed I knew right away it was knock off I spent about 150 on a bottle of 1015 it wasn't even strong it stayed on for about 30mins I know fake the spray pump was pumping like a body spray like wtf shame man shame it looks like the real but it's not I'm going to spend my money on the real site of Room 1015

Unbeknownst to me one of the "free" samples they sent me in a glass vile was broken into many little pieces before opening the package. Not only did I unknowingly get these slivers into my drivers seat of my car but I also got a cut on my leg from a shard not to mention slivers in my truck. The glass slivers ultimately made it difficult to open up my items but also caused my truck and my self damage. I believe the part that cut and slivered into my leg also was a part that cut into my drivers seat. I opened up the package in the post office parking lot to check out the order before heading home. These people offered me a $25 gift certificate after all of that with little to no real response or apology. Its appalling at how little they care about their customers. I would recommend you steal clear of these people and use fragrantex.com I have had zero issues with them.

I bought from Canada and they sent me the invoice which was different from what I was charged by my credit card and they said it was the bank's charge and they are not responsible. Then the item was not delivered so I called, they said that it takes too long so they will refund it and I order it again. I confirmed with the representative that I would be refunded exactly the same amount which I was charge as I felt suspicious. She said yes. Then they refunded less than what I was charged. Hen I complained about this by email, they said it is because of the bank's converting charge and they are not responsible. I feel it was "SET UP" and imagine how many people are ordering items from them and they takes small amount extra here and there!? Be careful.

So I bought 1 bottle. It was fake. I did not know just curious why fragrance did not stay. I bought same thing again. Whole different product. So no returns if you open packaging. Who would know? So I have paid for 2 bottles and only 1 is real. Would you EVER be a customer again? No way. I matter. So I will not be returning.

I joined their fragrance club where they send a small sized spray bottle of any perfume I choose once per month. I just received my 1st bottle. I paid $14.95 for cheap, disgusting smelling junk. It's DEFINITELY NOT THE PERFUME THEY CLAIM IT TO BE. This company is a 100% scam and I reporting them to the BBB and any government agency that cracks down on business scams. How many people have they scammed and stole money from? Even if your delivery went well, you probably received fake, knock-off cheap perfume and didn't realize it. BEWARE!
I clicked 1 star only bc I HAD to. They don't deserve any stars at all. Shame on them.

I just bought some Philosophy items that philosophy confirmed were manufactured in October if 2018 - see lot number in photo. They would have expired in October 2019. These were sold as fresh and new in February of 2022. Philosophy added that Fragrancenet.com is NOT an authorized seller of their products.

Non existent customer service, orders take weeks to ship out. Good luck getting anyone on the phone to resolve any issue you may have. Emails to "customer service" aren't returned. I would not recommend fragrancenet to anyone.

I bought 2 perfume from fragrancenet (CARON) for my wife and me. I used Caron longtime ago, so I know how good it is... but this one last less than one hour. I can't believe I spent close to $200 for Fake perfume.

FragranceNet customer service is so $#*!ing slow. It makes the short bus carrying kids with special needs look fast I waited on the phone for an hour and a half. I never received my package.

Do NOT buy from fragrancenet.com. Their products are beyond their shelf life and old, hence the half price products. Buyer beware. How do I know? I fell in love with a creed perfume I had a sample of. Bought it on their website, got it and sprayed it on. It smelled like grandma old perfume. FragranceNet had it for $240 rather than the $380 the stores sell it for. You get what you pay for! Don't do it. I wouldn't give any stars to this company.

I placed order, FragnanceNet canceled the order for no good reason. Called them, emailed them, no response. Very frustrated. Bad experience with FragnanceNet. Just avoid.
