What a great selection and the site is so easy to navigate. Love the sample with the delivery security option for a whopping $.99! And the customer service is excellent and that is very appreciated.
I've worked in customer service for 25+yrs and consistency is key to a great experience and the team at Fragrance Buy are awesome! Prompt & friendly any time you need them. I'd say this is the one place where I shop online and get an actual personality vibe. And such a great selection, and options described.(tester no cap, dented box etc) I also really appreciate that when the stock is low, it says so! I nabbed an Amouage that was almost sold out. Plus the sample with price protection, love that, I've found a few new loves with that treat! And the red box it arrives in is an actual treat to open. Don't hesitate, this is a top quality company. Good cologne but for a tester and didn't receive one
This perfume is perfect. It's light and chic. I get compliments for it all the time. Delivery was on point!

To start, I buy a lot from Fragrancebuy. In December alone, I bought 2,207 US dollars. Every month, I buy a lot and a lot. So, good for you who are reading this, there were no problems. The more you buy, the more likely you are to have a problem. It's that simple. I stopped buying Byredo because all my last purchases came without the cellophane, without the factory security adhesive seal and even scratched with a pen, and worse. It came sprayed. It was visibly returned by another user and they put it up for sale and, with no luck, I went there and bought it.
First they told me that the Byredo problem they received it like that from quality control issue from the manufacturer.
Now, with this order, they sent me a Timeless (Clive) without cellophane and all handled inside. Unfortunately, every time they are the last perfumes, I have no luck. There were only two units, I bought both. One came perfect and the other like this. I often think that it wasn't even a return, I think that they open the perfume to take pictures for their website and then put it up for sale as if nothing had happened.
If it was for me, that would be fine. But when it's for a gift or for resale, it's not good. Who would like to receive an opened perfume with marks on it that have already been handled? Resale is out of the question.
I always pay attention if I'm buying "boxed" perfumes. I need it to be that way, and even if they are sold at a big discount, it's unfair to receive them in conditions that were not previously established.
Second time I purchase Byredo and it has a problem.
First time it came without cellophane, opened, scratched with a pen and tightened the spray, that is, USED.
Now I bought it and it came with the cellophane, but with the BYREDO seal open and held in place by adhesive tape. They are original, however, you have to be careful, because they are sold as new and sealed and it is not.
UPDATE: We made a final agreement and they offered me a discount coupon. That was the final resolution.
Excellent, all products and services are on time and at the best price.
Picked my 2 colognes and they were shipped in less time than expected (especially impressive during the holidays). All was good!

Fragrancebuy always seems to have the lowest prices for the fragrances I want. Shipping may take an extra day or two since it's coming from Canada and I'm in the states. Packages always arrive undamaged and on occasion with a free sample or two!
Overall, you' ll never go wrong buying from fragrancebuy. Wish i had known this site years ago.

I never received my order. Fedex is a joke of a company and even worse customer service. Seems everyone is telling me to play the waiting game. This was on the truck for delivery and 3 hours later something went wrong. Now it hasnt moved and nobody knows where it is a week later. Pathetic. How long do we have to wait until this is declared lost?
