In general this is a decent place to get fragrances at a discount. However, if there is a problem with your order, or you want to add or subtract something post order, good luck. In a time when technology enables shoppers to do things they haven't been able to do before, FragranceBuy does not allow you to add items, remove items, apply a coupon to an item, or combine items for an advertised discount without cancelling an order and having you replace it. Really? Is it that difficult? If so, they need to update their system. I have been in ecommerce for 20 years and I KNOW that most modern-day fulfillment software packages that tie into websites allow you to EASILY do these things.

Good products, good prices, but don't expect any help if something goes wrong (for me a valid, advertised coupon was not accepted - and I was told to place a new order which resulted in my having to order 3 bottles of the same juice to get the discount) you are likely out of luck.

I ordered 5 items, and one was not what I ordered. I ordered this for my birthday gift. I emailed more than 5 times and left 3 voice mails no one reached out or emailed back. After several emails, they replied to me that they were busy because of black Friday. Offred me a $10 gift card or they can arrange a free return for a full refund (which is not an option at all) rather than send me the exact item I ordered even though I have mentioned to them I ordered this for my wife's birthday gift.
After I replied to that email I had to wait 2 days to get a reply. I had to send a follow-up email to get a reply back. The funny thing is on that email they mentioned this - (We have attached a prepaid return label along with this email as promised. Once the returned item is dropped off at a USPS location and scanned in, we will be sure to send out the order. Kindly print, paste and drop via your closest post office at your earliest convenience. Please include the order number in the package, and email us once the item is dropped off and we'll begin the replacement process)

So basically I have to do all these things to get my item shipped instead of sending the item they missed. To me sounds like I'm the one who made the mistake. It's better to order from Amazon even though it's $2 more rather than doing all the print, labeling it, drop-offs, and emailing back to them.
Customer satisfaction 0 and very unprofessional.

Update - The issue was recovered very professionally. Larry was great and very professional and helpful. I will shop again from this site.

I want to start by saying I love FragranceBuy.ca! They are my go-to buying resource for fragrances. The best prices in the discount market and the most secure packaging of any online store dealing with fragrances. Even Neiman Marcus and Macy's can't compete! But when I put my money and time into buying from them it's troublesome to login when you want to buy some new bottles and find out that your reward points for the years of patronage are gone because you haven't bought something from them in the past 6mos. SIX MONTHS! Really? I've been buying from you for years and have spent $1k's and you cancel my rewards because I haven't bought in 6 months? How fast do you think I go through these frangrances? I would question cancelling them at all but at least give a year. And a warning would be nice as well. I'm at your top level for customer rewards and it's one of the reasons I always look at you first. But I didn't receive and email notification or anything. Very poor customer service IMO!
