There is nothing wrong with the fragrance I ordered. However, when I first started ordering from the site, every delivery came with multiple samples. That is how I got a chance to smell rehab and purchased it. It is disappointing that the past few orders haven't been shipped with the free samples.
It's a good place to buy frags but when you order, the shipping takes way longer than the FedEx app predicts. If it says you'll get it the 14th? You won't get it until the 20th or so. Every single time.
I was looking for Club De Nuit Untold searching everywhere and couldn't find it. Fragrance Buy asked me to put in my email and said they would notify of restock. The notification came through, and I was able to purchase and have the item shipped to me. The process was simple it worked and I'm happy. This was my first time purchasing with them and would do so again and recommend to others

This was my first time purchasing from Fragrancebuy and I was so impressed with how well my purchases were packaged. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I like the variety of brands offered which also includes many niche offerings and just navigating the website in general, although I think the website could benefit from a more contemporary design. Their loyalty program is also a bonus. I felt that I could trust where I was buying from and this gives me confidence to make future purchases here.
Outside of my experience with ordering from Amazon, I was blown away by how fast my items got to me. I had placed an order for 2 fragrances and they literally arrived the next day! Truly appreciate how thorough Frag buy was with letting me know the stages of my items being packed and shipped. The tracking was also precise and easy to follow. Will be ordering again in the very near future.

Personally I don't live in Canada or the United States and you guys don't ship to Scotland where I live. But luckily for me my family do live in Canada. I see your store promoted by a lot of YouTubers so thought I'd have a look. Was very impressed with the sales that was going on. I picked up 75ml PDM - Layton for around £102 GBP which is amazing as it's so expensive here even for that size. Anyway it arrived at my mothers 3-4 days later and I now have it here in my home in Scotland. I'll be sure to come back for more deals in the future.
Found a couple hard to find gems shipped to the US. Love the scents. Will be shopping again soon.
