I've ordered several times, and my orders have been correct, packaged well and promptly shipped. The selection they have is unbeatable. My go to for the foreseeable future!
Aside from the prices, which aren't really related to the service, every aspect of service was impeccable. Order shipped out 2 business days after purchase, came literally within 24 hours after shipping out. Fragrances came well packaged, no damages.
I have used FB.CA 3 times within the last two months. The service has been top notch. My packages always arrive at the prescribed date and everything is securely boxed up. I have a package that was supposed to have been delivered Feb 13th showing in a city over from me. It's been 8 days in this status and not delivered. I called and the line hung up before I could leave a message and no one has reached out to me yet to resolve this and this is almost $300 that I spent.

Whenever I view YouTube videos of my favorite trusted fragrance reviewers, I look on FragranceBuy to check if they have it first. Since I know thousands of others do the same thing, many times it's sold out. But I like the option of getting on the waiting list. And they are good about sending out emails when the fragrance supply has been replenished, whereas others don't.
