Love your store and your great deals. Don't like having to lose my loyalty points if I don't make a purchase within a specified time frame. That just doesn't feel good. I have a very large collection now. I feel like I am forced to buy something or I will lose my hard earned points. I earned these points. I should be able to use them at my own discretion.

I was having difficulty placing an order and reached out to Customer Service. After explaining the technical issues, I also shared my personal story/connection to the scent I was trying to acquire. (I have been ordering this particular scent through FragranceBuy for years.) My email was met with such sincerity and kindness, as well as a professional tone. I received all my items in excellent condition. I know middle eastern fragrances take a bit to come in to their own but for some reason I responded too quickly in reviewing. 2 I didn't think that would work, but I was just going to resell myself. Thankfully I didn't, because I now adore them, and considering buying the fragrance it's duping. I tried to update the review, but couldn't. But no worries. But I've been researching buying some niche fragrances, and will most likely buy some in the future after trying some samples.
