It's always a pleasure to do business with Fragrancebuy.ca. I'm nearly always amazed at the extraordinary prices and availability of in demand fragrances. Shipping times are often better than many domestic US companies. I often wish Fragrancebuy would sell men's outerwear as well. You can't have everything, I suppose.

First time buyer, and I'm sorry to say that it was not a good experience at all. First, my order was delivered to the wrong address- this wasn't the company's fault. Eventually I received my perfume, but it was the incorrect perfume. I emailed customer service and they got back to me in a timely manner, however I was told that the tester I wanted was no longer available. I was given a few options which I was not happy with since none of the options ended and up with me receiving the perfume I ordered.
I ordered montale Paris rose elixir EDP 100ml. The cap is broken. Problems have been fixed now all is well

I got all my fragrances, no damage except to the corner of a tester box which doesn't matter. My one concern as that it says there are fragrances in the box which might make it a target for porch pirates. I would overall recommend frangrancebuy!

I have spent hundreds of dollars at FragranceBuy.ca, and the last package worth 145,17 $ CAD has been stolen. As such, I reached out to the seller indicating that the package has not been received even though the tracking number states that it has been delivered. I received an initial response by e-mail showing me a signature with my A. Alex as a proof of delivery collected by Fedex. First of all, Fedex never rings at the door bell, and never requests a signature upon delivery of the package for any package delivered by FragranceBuy.ca in my previous purchases. It was made up by Fedex, or FragranceBuy.ca. I have forwarded two identification cards with my signature, and filled the requested form for stolen package as advised by the site. I have not heard from FrangraceBuy.ca and their customer service phone is impossible to get someone nor they respond to my five voice messages to get someone to talk to.
I had to file a dispute with paypal, and FragranceBuy.ca has responded to paypal with the tracking number that the package has been delivered.
Having said that, FragranceBuy.ca stole money from me as a regular customer and they fail to investigate the lost package with Fedex. THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT THEFT BY FRAGRANCEBUY.CA OF 145,17 $ CAD. This is a horrible business practice, and again, I consider this site to have stolen my money. Thieves period. I NEED MY MONEY BACK NOWWWWW!
