I have bought many times from FRAGRANCEBUY. Always a great value for what you spend. Four out of five of my fragrances in my most recent purchase smelled lovely. The fifth fragrance smelled off. FRAGRANCEBUY refunded me the full amount I paid for the fragrance, even though it was open. Great customer service, I will definitely purchase fragrances from this online company again.

Website very easy to negotiate and delivery was quick. Cologne purchased as a Christmas gift.
Took a very long time to get the shipment and not happy with the quality of the product. There's no way to return the product if you open it. That means they could send anything and if we open it the money is gone.

Great communication. Great price. Processing took 5 days but a small matter that was communicated.
Order took longer to process than usual most likely due to the holiday shopping everyone was doing so it is understood the handling times would be a bit longer. Other than that the actual shipping times was quick and the items were packed securely.

While searching for a fragrance, I couldn't find a reasonable price & delivery options. I found Fragrance Buy on eBay but decide to buy direct once I found out they were located in Canada.
The only thing I would have appreciated was sharing the likely delivery time. The website and e-commerce showed 48 hrs to ship but in the end it took over a week. While I was waiting, there wasn't an update about the hold up.
In the end, the delivery was still 3-4 weeks faster than other sellers. So overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and delivery.

Ordered Xerjotff Toni Iommi for my husbands birthday and the bottle was leaking into the plastic bag packaging that it came in - no brand box! If a bottle of perfume doesn't come in the box they need to make it clear that it will arrive in just the bag

My only negative would be that many of the desirable scents are constantly out of stock, and it seems to take forever to get them back.
