When my fragrances arrived, and I was unboxing them I opened bad boy cobalt in the atomizer, and cap were broken i've emailed them, but they still haven't gotten back to me. We'll see what happens but everything else was good. The employee that emailed me back was really nice about it and he offered to give me a $20 voucher and when I asked him if he can give me a $30 one he gave me it without question best fragrance website to ever buy from.
