Unlike other merchants not only was the shipping prompt, but the packaging was done in a way to protect the contents inside and lastly the delivery required a signature thereby avoiding the possibility of a stolen package. I have placed many online orders but it is rare to have all three things in place. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Fragrance Buy and highly recommend them to others.

Since I've learned about fragbuyca I have not bought from another site. Although they're in
Canada shipping to the US is more fast than ordering from places here in the US. The times I've emailed them, they have responded within 24 hours. I would never ever shop anywhere else. Their prices are unbelievable and I love their point system and how you can redeem for gift cards towards your purchase that are stackable. The fragrances are always fresh(not expired like some companies) and what you order you actually get! I pray they never go out of business! And let me not forget to mention their top tier packaging that's exactly like LV! I've literally ordered over 25+ niche fragrances from them! Waiting on 4 more bottles now. No one can beat their prices!
I attempted to make a return of an unopened product and was told it would take 4-5 weeks to get a refund. Item was to be shipped to New Jersey in the US and refunds would only be made once the item arrived to Canada thereafter. While the policy that customers must pay for their own shipping on returns, it's a bit outdated as all other reputable fragrance sellers will give you a shipping label. So after paying $15 for shipping and $11 for return shipping I would have needed to wait over a month for the refund to initiate which does not include the actual processing time of the funds. Also offered no option of exchange. I ended up selling the product on a forum instead of initiating a return and got my money back the same day.
Just not up to standard with other discounters that will pay for return shipping and process returns significantly faster. I've spent a lot of money with this company but feel like I'll be better off going with other companies from here on out in the event a refund is needed.

Got a couple bottles I had been searching for for a while and both for a fantastic price. The shipping was also very fast. Ordered on Boxing Day and they were here on the 28th.

I am very impressed by their service, pricing, packaging, and delivery time. Products are authentic as I have bought these same fragrances multiple times in the past from stores, and there is no difference! I will definitely be ordering again.
Great deal! So glad my perfume was re-stocked. It's been hard to find. Fast shipping. Only downside was the courier left my box in a public area instead of at my door. I didn't receive a call or indication it was being delivered. I know this is not the seller's fault.

Learned about this site from a popular YouTube frag channel with a recommendation for a hard to get fragrance in North America. Ended up grabbing 4 bottles (3 niche PDM, Nishane and 1 luxury/designer Dior). Value was amazing. I wouldn't have been able to afford all 4 of these were at full MSRP. Packaging was superb, secure and fast. I've already placed a second order (Lalique) and have a long wish list saved when items restock. So pleased to have found this site.
