I'm afraid I had a bad customer service experience recently. My fragrance was delivered to the wrong address. Within less than five minutes after placing the order I emailed your customer service informing them not to deliver at the checkout address. My instructions were ignored. Instead, my order was sent to the wrong address. Your customer service is poor. Why do you ask customers to contact you if they need help?
The two fragrances I bought were shipped and delivered timely. The packaging was very well done. Was very pleased with the overall experience. This is the second time I've done business with Fragrance Buy and won't be the last.

They failed to honor a discount code advertised. I ended paying more than I wanted to pay for a perfume that I bought. This was the first and last time I am using them
