Just to be flat out honest, I wasn't sure if I was signing up to be scammed by this website. I live in California and had never heard of these guys before, but decided to take a chance and roll the dice. It's simply legit. I will be going the fragrancebuy.ca from now on. I can't get over the prices and selection. They carry a fragrance that is out of production and at price that is unheard of anywhere else. The packaging was great and the bottle was brand new and sealed. I'm constantly telling people I know about these guys and how impressed I am. Shipping and delivery was fast and customer service answered my questions promptly and understood my questioning. Truly, thank you to fragrancebuy.ca!

Placed an order for Penhaligon's Juniper Sling late in the evening one night and the product was delivered to my door step by noon of the third day. Not only was the delivery faster than expected, the package arrived in perfect order. As for the Penhaligon's Juniper Sling? It was very competitively priced, so great value for the dollar. And of course, I absolutely love the fresh, yet sensual, fragrance. I know many say it's only a spring/summer scent, I don't care, I will wear it year round. Definitely a great experience and, no doubt, I will be a return customer.

Ordered Versace Blue & YSL homme for myself and Ari for my girlfriend. The YSL does not smell like the true scent, it smells way more floral than the original and a much more feminine scent. This is the second time this happened to me, on the last order, I purchased CK One for a classic scent that I love, again, the exact same thing. My girlfriend said the same for both and I ended up giving her both bottles. So $300+ dollars later, I only have one cologne to show for it. Extremely disappointed with this.
UPDATE: the company reached out about my experience and was willing to rectify the situation. I am actually really pleased with the reach out and the offers to make things right. We have this resolved and I will continue to shop here for my fragrances in the future.

I did not recieve my package in the standard FragranceBuyCA packaging and was very poorly packed not standard packing I expected gave me a free code for shipping and sample that was included was some cheap new brand $8 a bottle fragrance in past they gave out decent samples

So far everything has been top notch. Excellent pricing. Quick shipping to the US. No complaints from me.
I have spent hundreds of dollars at FragranceBuy. When I'm looking, FragranceBuy is ALWAYS my first stop. They have a very broad selection and the prices are often the best. The red box packing system is premium and I've never had a single problem regarding the quality of the products after shipping. I have two suggestions: first, lower the threshold to qualify for free shipping and two, simplify the rewards system. I would like to be able to use more than one reward at the same time.
The selection of fragrances is wide-ranging and the prices are good. Customer Support is warm, friendly and polite. I like that they use FedEx which seems to get the purchases to their destination faster than normal. As far as I am concerned FragranceBuy is one of the top two destinations. I always consult their site when buying fragrances.
Pricing and products are great. Shipping is quite fast for a Canadian company. I'm very satisfied and impressed.
