For me the shipping experience hasn't been consistent. Sometimes its very good, sometimes good and other times so so
I usually buy from three other online sites as well, but I have left them at FragranceBuy and another site as the only ones that are 100% reliable so far. Those who were left out failed in one thing or another regarding the product. As long as fragancebuy and the other online site continue as before, I will continue buying my fragrances only on these two sites

I wanted to add an extra perfume to a pending order without paying additional shipping costs. I emailed customer service, and they combined the two orders and refunded me the shipping fee for the second order.

FedEx lost my package and I paid for extra insurance. This site never insured the package and told me if I wanted them to do something about it I would have to go to the police department and file a report claiming the package was stolen from my house. I provided camera footage proving FedEx never delivered anything and this still refused to do anything but tell me to file false police reports. Then they finally offered to refund me half of the value. Customer is a joke here
I've never been surprised when ordering from Fragrance Buy, and that's a good thing! I always get exactly what I order, in a reasonable time (considering shipping from Canada to US) and it's incredibly well packaged. I'll keep adding to my collection through Fragrance Buy
