Everything went very smooth. The trailer was supposed to have ramps and didn't, We were able to unload with the forklift. BAH tried to collect COD after the load had been paid for in advance. Would highly recommend FR8STAR.
The bidders seem to assume a lot without looking at the bid request. This results in some very good quotes which are no good.
I put in a request for a quote and within minutes I had 4 or 5 quotes to review. As it happened, the lowest quote was with someone with lots of loads delivered and a real good rating. That's the one I chose.
