FR8Star responded promptly when called. Price was reasonable. The machine was damaged on loading, which was not reported. Driver did not call ahead for delivery time, and was early, so no one was available. Driver did not call for instructions (snow event, roads difficult, driver took wrong route in and got stuck on hill).

Very negative! Once I had won the auction paid my bill within 24 hrs made the mistake of using fr8 star and then the games began felt like a first class scam shakedown I would never recomend fr8 star I have all emails and screenshots to back my complaint. Beware! I ended up relisting and using a local load board to move my equipment had no issues whatsoever once I got away from fr8 star again beware.
Quick response back and came back with a reasonable price. Once you get your information in there system quotes start coming in within a few minutes
