Iv had a great experience so far. I'm from Australia using a foreign service with no prior experience. I send 3 bottles of perfumes to my forward2me address in the UK.
Unfortunately they could not send it over to me at my overseas address since they were considered as dangerous goods.

I am satisfied with forward2me services, the price is higher, but it is a way to buy goods that are not in the Czech Republic. Right from the first order, the package was lost in the German warehouse. It was a gift for my sister, so I was quite unhappy about it. Therefore, I had to use customer services. It was only thanks to the great work of Girlie from customer services that the package was found.

I am very happy...i live in northern Ireland and amazon does not ship certain items to northern Ireland and forward2me was more than happy to help me with this problem. Zero complaints here, forward2me does very much provide a very useful service

I used forward2me service (UK Free tax => York House, Green Lane West) for the first time. I had an issue with my parcel not delivered to me because of courier company and I had no track of the process. I sent a simple email to forward2me support team (Girlie, Nica and Chris) that I have no idea about my delivery.
In no time, Girlie, Nica and Chris started tracking my request, providing me tracking id and more and more details of the delivery status and pushed the courier company to release the product from local custom and send to the customer address. And in 2 to 3 days, I received it because of forward2me.
They are providing great service. Thank you all!

I found Forward2me on the internet for getting my UK shipment to me in the USA. I was having some difficulty in navigating the forward2me website and requested some help in moving my package through the process but was not being very successful until Kat got involved, straightened me out and uncovered the roadblocks. I had mentioned that F2M needs either some screen shots of the right way to process the package through the system or maybe a short instructive video for first-time customers to help them through the process. Thanks to Kat I think that will happen.

My shipment contained alcohol (beer) and due to export/import regulations from the UK warehouse to Germany (thanks, Brexit) I needed to contact customer service - and I thought, "great, that'll take weeks".
But - quite the contrary. I've had the pleasure to have staff member Honey assigned to my case - and she was very helpful, super responsive and guided me through the process in no time, always very clear what the next steps are, what I need to do when, what options I have, etc.
