Forward2me service is my favorite in Germany. It is very nice that a separate service has appeared for customers to search for packages lost during delivery. Thanks to this search and the Honey manager, my parcel was found, which for some reason did not arrive at the warehouse. Thank you!

Great purchase, very cheap (if you choose the cheapest) it arrived in the warehousd quickly, shipped to me quickly, and arrived to me in time, although the package was in rough shape, the seller put alot of bubble wrapping so no worries, thanks alot forward2me :)

Not as good as first time use...
July 13, 2023

First time using this service it was excellent. This time I ordered a small, flat purse about 9" x 6" x 1.5" and.31 lbs weight. It arrived in a ripped up bag and fortunately crystals were not damaged. The most inexpensive cost was over $45 which seemed really high for such a tiny clutch purse.

Forward2Me attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

In my packaging dashboard there were sudden packages with an expired storage date. They were identified as late bookings by the warehouse but the system would not allow to pay the invoice without the extra storage costs. As I could not be aware of these pacakges and therefore not be blamed for these lost packages, NICA came with the solution to waive the storage costs with a discount code so I could arrange shipping for the proper price.

Tracked down a lost experience

I had a shipment package that exceeded the normal package dimensions requiring specialty handling. I contacted the support and got support from Honey, who described the issue to me and walked me through the process for moving forward. I got prompt responses and was able to get the shipment processed within a day. Honey was not only prompt, but also professional and re-assuring.
10/10 overall experience.
