This was my first time using a forwarding service, and I was a little nervous about how it would work. But it's been great, and I'm really pleased! I do think their website could be a little more straightforward and easier to into use (it's quite confusing at first!), but once I did it a few times, it was much easier. I highly recommend Foward2Me!

I used this service from UK to Croatia before, and now star to use German Warehouse too.
Even one of my Package was lost, they found it very fast. Delivery from Germany after combine and repack comes very reasonable and Parcel comes very fast.
Totally recommended service.

Had a few problems but customer support solved them.

Forward2Me was fast and hassle free, really exceeded expectations. I'm a nervous buyer, but Forward2Me took great care and did not let me down. I've used a couple of times now to ship to USA and extremely happy.

Information regarding the importer required by US customs was missing from our package documentation. Seems like Forward2Me should be aware of this and proactively provide it. Additionally customer service by email is too slow due to time differences etc. The option to converse by phone would make things faster.
