The wrapped 5 glass perfume bottles together, threw in he boxes they came in away I guess. They should put them back in box to keep them from getting busted

When asking questions about my order/s I always make myself very clear about what I am asking but the person seems to fail in understanding basic requests but we get there in the end. And as far as Fedex is concerned I understand why they are so cheap. Their way in which they deliver items that arrive all at once is in 3 separate days (the last time they didn't deliver on the day they claimed no one was home when they delivered another parcel in the day), madness! Anyway after I did all the ground work I eventually got them no thanks to FedEx…

The repacking was done well, the box was not oversized. Worked really well. The whole process was very fast.
The only critique is maybe offer some more breakdown information on the international addresses. Sometimes I am not sure if a piece of information is a county, district, prefecture. So far I've been able to get it right in businesses shipping forms, but it does cause some uncertainties.
Very good experience. Customer service replies really quickly. Shipping cost are reasonable.

They responded back with any questions i had quick and I'm very happy with the service I have received they haven't let me down yet. Unfortunately, I spent a lot of time solving the delivery problem. Customer service agents should be more competent in matters concerning services. I received completely different information regarding the same issue. But in any case, after many days, we finally solved the problem. I am not sure that I will use this delivery service in the future. Unfortunately

We understand the frustration caused by receiving inconsistent information, and we're committed to improving the competence of our customer service team to ensure this doesn't happen again.
Initially, they requested the removal of the dangerous goods, as they believed we couldn't pack everything into one box. However, after further review, they confirmed that we can ship all the items, including the perfume and face serum. While we are glad the issue was ultimately resolved, we deeply regret the time it took.
