I wanted to purchase an item from Amazon.com UK that was sold out in the United States. In just a few minutes I was able to set up the address in the UK, order the item, and the process was very easy and the item arrived shortly to my address in Southern California shortly thereafter. The website is perfectly arranged, gives you shipping and packaging options, and the communication is constant and excellent. Extremely satisfied, this opens up a world of purchasing for me in the UK.

Order arrived at warehouse but was misplaced and assigned to another customer. I had to follow up where it was and it was found and then forwarded to me without any further problems. Currently have another order delivered so will be interesting to see if this one runs as smoothly as orders have in the past.

The overall experience resulted in me receiving my fragile 3kg parcel from Germany in an undamaged state in pretty quick time, though the process was not that intuitive initially. However, overall, very good.

Quick and simple. I was even provided with photos of the packages when they arrived at the warehouse! Most of the shipping options were on the pricey side, but luckily FedEx had a reasonably priced option.

When I signed up for Forward2Me it was clearly indicated there would be a competitive choice when it came to shippers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx. However after opening an account and making several UK based purchases that were mailed to the Preston warehouse there was NO competitive choice only DHL and the shipping rates were ridiculous. Initially it was indicated the reason was my address in New York is rural which it is definitely not. I live less than 10 miles outside the state capital of Albany NY in a well populated suburb and UPS, FedEx and other carriers go up and down my street throughout the day. As an Aspinal of London collector I love the handbags I was able to purchase prior to 08/29/25 but with the end of the $800 US de minimis deduction and the exorbitant DHL fees my UK shopping days are over.
Have been using their service for years and always satisfied with their top notch customer service, especially Nica. Thank you very much for the wonderful experience!

My package was delivered and it had to go through customs and no one contacted. CS claimed they did but I searched my emails and I did not. My item was returned and I was charged. I had to send it back to me again. This cost me a fortune for bargain shoes!
ThWe are very sorry for the inconvenience this shipment has caused. After carefully reviewing the case, our records confirm that both FedEx and we contacted you several times before the package was returned.
24 July – FedEx UK emailed Forward2me with a request for customs clearance documents, including a footwear worksheet, sunglasses compliance certificate, manufacturer details, and bag composition. A deadline of 28 July 2025 was given to avoid return.
25 July – We forwarded FedEx’s clearance request to you (subject line: “Fwd: AWB: 882882959950 Case: C-198250706”). A second message also included the drop ball test guide and form to help complete the requirements.
30 July – We emailed again stressing urgency: “IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE FROM YOU BY THURSDAY, WE WILL REQUEST TO ABANDON THE PACKAGE. We cannot cover the return charge as it will be too high for us.”
31 July – You replied with product details (shoes, glasses, and bag composition). We immediately forwarded this information to FedEx. At this stage – Unfortunately, the deadline had already passed, and FedEx had initiated the return process on 30 July, as the compliance documents were received after the cutoff.
We truly regret the outcome, but as shown above, both FedEx and we made several attempts to reach you before the customs deadline expired. Once the deadline passed, FedEx was required to return the shipment.

It is great to be able to receive an order from a site that does not deliver to your country. The fees of Forward2me are very fair, and their job is really well done. My only observation is that, as a first-timer, I was unfamiliar with the process, and it wasn't explained to me step by step. As a result, emails had to be exchanged back and forth, and it took some time to settle everything. But all is well that ends well, and overall, I will definitely be using Forward2me when the need arises.
The company has deteriorated, no more communication as they used to do, messages don't get responded to, parcels taking too long to be assessed upon arrival, recently shipped some of my items, it's 3 days now, parcels have not been send, no communication. I have my parcel that have been in review for the whole week up to now, the system is saying import duty should be paid but these parcels were bought in uk and not imported, when you try to reach out to them they don't respond at all. This is frustrating.
I had some majorly expensive stuff but all arrived in perfect shape. RTX5090, 9950x3D, and other parts were things I would've either had to wait months for local shops to stock (Maltese businesses suck at this) or I would've likely been overcharged by the locals to the point where it would've been still cheaper to use Forward2me.

I had a lot of distrust towards parcel forwarding services, so I wasn't thrilled about having to use one, but Forward2Me actually delivered and did so really transparent and authentic. Me personally wouldn't risk trying another because in worst case your parcel is just gone overseas.

Everything was very smooth and easy. I order a lot from the UK and set this up when tariff issues arose. I wasn't excited about the repackaging, but thankfully everything arrived safety.
