This company takes advantage of people. They trick you into a subscription service through their trial and send zero email receipts to confirm your payments while they charge up your card. I'd add proof of purchase, but I HAVE NONE other than the $200 I lost on my credit card statement. Stay away.
They force you to create an account and do a "free trial." Well, I cancelled my "free trieal" and still got billed $89 for a service I didn't want to keep. I contacted support for a refund, and they denied it. They are an absolute rip-off.
DO NOT SIGN UP for this service. You'll regret it.
Do not buy from this company. They are the biggest thieves, and if they could, they were empty out your bank account. They will not give you your money back even if you didn't use their products they are the biggest liars and scams. Please be aware from using them or their services.

Not a fan of them pretending they will give you free forms and then you can't even download anything you spent your time making unless you pay them. Not a good way to do business. Change the language of your offer.
Very robust and easy to use. Had more content than I realized.
I just wanted a simple w9 form to print out. I google this, came across their site, then they forced me to put in my email and password to register in order to print, implying that creating an account is free, you need a subscription. Well it's not. I was deceived into giving my email and wasting my time filling out this w9 when all I want is a place to print it out. Scammy!
They can probably produce decent documents, but they completely misrepresent their service by saying several times before you begin filling out the form that it is FREE, FREE, FREE! It is not. It is a relatively expensive subscription service that they hope you will order and forget about until a year or so later and they have taken a bunch of money out of your bank account for a couple of documents you wanted last year. This is a business model that just takes advantage of people. Don't believe anything they say, because they are not a company you would want to trust. Just say no to this company.
You are automatically billed each month without notification or any communication. Apparently I was paying $450 a year for a service I used once. When I complained, they offered to pay a refund for the last two months. Sad business practices
Dishonest marketing. Said their 1099 nec form was free. But once I fill it out I have to pay. Pick one. Make it free and be helpful, or advertise it as a service and be helpful. But cut the crap.
It says is free convert but not until you buy their service.

They make it sound like it is free but it's not. They have you fill out your form but unless you sign up for a plan they won't let you save it. I just wasted 2 hours of my time only to find this out. You can cancel the plan later, but it is still VERY misleading. They should say you need to sign up for a plan, UP FRONT!
Amazing site, spent 25 minutes filling out an application. Then, when I reached the end, I was forced to either enter a 30-day free trial, which never ends well, o0r pay ridiculous prices. Just print the pdf or something. DO NOT WAST YOUR TIME AND EFFORT
Black hat marketing tactics. They make it seem like you will be able to export a business plan for free until you have gone through the process of completing it. Then you will find that you have to submit your credit card information for a "free trial" where many reviews site an extremely difficult process to do so. The unclear limits and capabilities should be removed from their sales process.
Loosing $40 x 5 months at least. Bank of America won't dispute more than two months past. I agreed to their terms by clicking and buried in their statement was an automatic subscription notice.
I couldn't review my bank statements as I was flat on my back for 42 days with a brain bleed. I was lucky to pay the statement. Now I notice the monthly charges.
I would call it dishonest, deceptive and underhanded. Do no business with such.
I did one form and updated it once..
I wanted to use them once. They chatrged me monthly $40 for at least 7 months before i caught on. I was in 4 hospitals and lucky to be able to pay bills and taxes. 42 days on my back. They just happily kept taking my money. When i called they credited me for 2 months before I was hung up on.

When I searched on google for templates it automatically popped up and I started entering all the details and spent 30 minutes creating meeting minutes only to know that I need to provide payment details. If it had mentioned anything about payments up front I would not have wasted 30 minutes and provided lot of details. Deceptive practise shows this is a really BAD company and need to stay away
Don't do it! You may need and want form now. Not worth 37.00! Scam! Now wants more info or won't post review... what?
Don't deal with this comapny. I wanted to downlaod a form for about five or six dollars, and ended up with a $37 a month 'subscription that i neither requested nor wanted. I must have missed something in the fine print. And: I'm finding it very hard to cancel the subscription. I may habve to change my charge card to keep them from sucking me dry. Parasites!
