I shop here for my daughter and I'm always so excited about the prices. The way teens are in and out of trendy styles, it's hard to keep up. At Forever21 it's not so hard on ya pocketbook. OK, I'll admit it, I love buying shoes and jewelry for myself too!
I placed an order two weeks ago and still have not received it. I tracked the package and found that it had been delivered two days ago (even though I was home all day), and after going back and forth trying to verify the delivery with my local post office we concluded that it had been stolen. I decided to call F21 and when I finally got through to an actual human being, he was of absolutely no help. He told me that I can not be refunded OR sent another order until next month. Apparently I have to wait two full weeks from the alleged delivery date to make a claim that my package has been stolen. Who knows what they'll do to compensate after. Terrible Customer Service!
I love the clothes but the customer service at the store I go to isn't good but pathetic. Girls are rude and not helpful at all.
Most of my clothing are coming from f21. The styles are always in and I got a lot of choices. Its very affordable and most important is the quality. I love the softness of the fabric of my shirts and dresses. I used to buy my shoes and cosmetics too. I love forever 21.
Honestly, the quality of the merchandise at Forever 21 is the worse. I would not recommend buying on ANY one of their stores. Hear me up, this store is mass producing and quality is not acceptable. It's embarrassing walking out and being seen wearing one of their horrible damaged sweaters after a couple times of wearing it. Not to mention, their return policy is one of the worse because they don't have one, just like in any foreign country. You buy a piece of their worthless pieces and you lost your money for ever; they won't give you your money back, they will give you a merchandise credit ONLY on garbage that's full price. So, if you buy something on sale, you have already trashed your money. PLEASE, do yourself and your parents a favor, DO NOT even look at forever 21 stores. They are here to trash the planet with their disposable clothing.

Still weren't delivered after 4 days! Of course, they sucked the debit out of my credit card instantaneously. Now, how long does it take to send an email? I could have had the card SHIPPED in that time.
When I called to follow-up, the customer service wench was rude, impatient, and had no explanation... except that "sometimes it takes a while to process and ship"
No more business from me!
I placed and order back on November 4 for about $50 worth of merchandise. I got basic shipping and didn't mind that it would take a long time. I used UPS to track it. On November 13th, the tracking number indicated that it had been delivered.
In fact, I was working home that afternoon because I was expecting this delivery. A delivery or mailman buzzed up to my apartment. I buzzed him in, put my shoes on and went to retrieve the package downstairs. When I got to the stairwell, there was nothing there. I sincerely hope that it was not my Forever 21 delivery/it was stolen.
Naturally, I contacted Forever 21's customer service. I contacted them 3 time actually. Each representative claimed that the package was prematurely scanned as delivered. Meaning that USPS scanned the package and it was marked as delivered in the system even if it wasn't delivered. They suggested that I should wait 10 business days (2 full weeks) and wait for the package. If it is not delivered, i have to contact them and then move forward (they still won't tell me what the next steps are.)
Has any one else had an experience like this? What happened? Did you receive your package within the 10 days after it was prematurely delivered? How did they handle the situation if you didn't receive it?
Forever 21 has the worst customer service department I've ever dealt with. Everytime I call them I hear a bunch of extraneous noise and talking as if I interrupted a party and I am met with a helpless employee who doesn't have the authority to complete any complex request. There are no procedures implemented to ease the customers frustrations when the fault lies with the company. The customer is forced to accept the circumstance even if it was Forever 21's fault and responsibility to resolve. Thank you for wasting two months telling me that you were going to resend the package you failed to deliver in the first place and then simply refunding my money. This was exactly the opposite of what we agreed to. Forever 21 lost a customer today, though I doubt they mind.
I love their clothes, so I typically just shop in a physical store now. When I ordered online in the past, the shipping was sometimes more than the total of my order, which is absurd. Especially when I wanted to buy a simple plain skirt (priced at $4) for Halloween, and then the shipping was $7, uh no! Shipping can take a weirdly long time, I ordered one small pair of earrings for my mom once, and it took almost 3 1/2 weeks!
There clothes are really good and cute. The workers are really nice and willing to help you on getting stuff. They'll do stuff for you and they give good fashion advice. The reason why they get stars instead of 5 is because they don't give you your money back. They'll give it back in a gift card, but not cash. If you order online they will, but not at the store.
My Walking group and I walk past the Mall early in the mornings (between 6:00 and 7:00 am). When we walked past the Forever 21 Store, employees that were putting out the New Arrivals had the clothes on the 'Dirty Floor" instead of using racks to hang the new Merchandise or until they were hung in their proper areas. We were appalled!
This might more of a comment than a question, but a blouse/shirt purchased from Forever 21 as a gift for my great neice on her birthday and she wore it once then it was washed per the instructions and when it was taken out of the wash it had shrunk up so badly it was to small to wear again, so we took it back to Forever 21 with hopes of exchanging for another item, however the staff would not take it back for exchange as it was a gift and we did not have a receipt and we did not keep the tags, but clearly it was purchased at Forever 21as the tag in the shirt tag stated Forever 21 and we did not expect it to shrink up to fit a toddler. So we walked out of the store disappointed and i would never purchase anything from Forever 21 again... it was my first and last shopping to this store. Hopefully the other items she recieved from Forever 21 will not shrink like the shirt. P.S.

I buy mostly every year in forever 21 :) the material of the clothing are nice and soft. I've recently bought a few winter jumpers, cardigan and a pair of pjs and all are so warm on the body! Love it, could not ask for more!
This store has great Prices, my daughter shops here all the time... with me of course!
I recently ordered like 8 things from the website and received all of them, neatly packaged and exactly as they were online. They were all cheap in price, but great quality. I love this store.
It's not the best but I ordered some very cheap jewelry from here and to my surprise it was actually of good quality and didn't get damaged easily. I prefer other stores over this store but Forever 21 isn't too bad.
I purchased $120 worth of clothing and was not aware of the return policy, which is "ONLY STORE CREDIT". I went the same day to return my purchase and was told by a cashier to "stand outside and sell my store credit". This store is ridiculously unprofessional and I will not be returning. All I want is my money back.
I had a really bad experience after ordering. It says 1 -2 business days but the shipment wasn't released even after a week. Took almost 10 days for stupid paper work and after that shipping took even more time. Pathetic service. I did constant follow but they have no idea about their own store policy... $#*!ty customer care executives. Have no regard for customer concern..
I was very reluctant in my first purchase reading other customer reviews and the low price of the clothes, but everything i have ordered so far are true to size and have good quality.The delivery service is excellent as well, i live in greece and the items arrive to me within one week max. I would recommend the plus size section to everyone who seeks an affordable and flattering item.
You can't do better than this little shop for teenagers and small girls on a budget. They have also expanded into larger sizes. Many of their items are very cute and affordable!
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
